Well, like I said. Look at Smogon's Dex entry and decide which IVs are most important based on which natures they lay and where they have decided to invest in EVs.
Oh, my. You're best bet is to look at SMogon's dex entry for this poke and make a judgement based on that.

No, not just now. But I'll keep you in mind for when I do.
I tried to make my RNG guides the least complicated as I could. Since I'm new to RNG as well, and also spent more than a year afraid of the other guides because they were too complicated, I didn't want others to go through that. Mine is step by step. So if you ever want to start RNG, I hope you'll try them and see if they help.
