I know. I usually go with a rule of thumb to never use anything above base 80 Speed to play off of Trick Room. I even tried Quiet Heatran and found out it wasn't even slow enough.

Despotar is doing a Quiet, HP Grass Clamperl for me, as well.

Actually, Rapidash has 105 Base Speed. The -2 Speed would only make it lose to Lopunny and Magnetric, none of which is a threat to BP Rapidash's main purpose. Get in on a Fire Attack, Sub, then Agility. Flare Blitz is for coverage, and speed does not really matter after an Agility.
In fact, I have been using a really bad one before this one, it has 23 IVs and Jolly, and it has not given me any problems.
Hey Tase, I have the Premier Ball XD Rapidash. I don't think you mind the 29 Speed that much (your want list says 30+), but everything else is pretty well rounded as you already saw.
I don't mind trading it to you, but please keep in mind that I:
a) am on the blacklist
b) produced in that Premier Ball as a backup file, along with 5 other types of Poke Balls.
And I don't really need anything from you, for now anyways. Do you mind me taking a rain check on this?
