Truly, the rules of the giveaway in which it was distributed clearly state that the Mew must be given away free to those who desire it. I have a copy of it, so would you like it from me, instead of trading your RNGed pokes for stupid redistributables?

PS - you know as well as I do that cloning pokemon takes next to no effort - indeed, your policy is BASED ON THAT FACT. So for the low price of cloning 2 more of your RNGed guys (instead of catching 2 junk pokemon), you can have 4 brand new pokemon today.

Gligar with Baton Pass and Agility should be male then teach it Night Slash and Knock Off. Afterwards, Have it Breed with a female gligar with knock off as well.
