Non-C-Gear is significantly easier to do than C-Gear. A lot of people have already learned how to do non-C-Gear abuse when they've never RNG abused before. You'll have to wait to do it on an English cart, though.

It seems alright I guess.
If you are really worried about Blissey/Chansey, run Leech Seed on Roserade to stall them out. You can beat those with Jellicant, Roserade, Shandera, Hydreigon, and some residual damage.
The team really looks ahead of its time. It is really hard to get a non-weather team to work right now, but it may have potential when the metagame is a bit slower. Try it out, testing is very important!

I have a nonshiny Frillish (I have a huge collection of them), I only have modest shiny Hydreigons, and I do have a non-shiny Ferroseed.
