eppie, im interested on how to rng for firered and leafgreen stationary legendaries, does it work the same as emerald? like ctrl+p, then ctrl+n = 1 frame advancement?

Ya I finally figured that out I felt so stupid lol. It had been so long since I RNGed it had completelt slipped my mind. Thanks bro I appreciate it. I'm finally up to 1000+ saves woot! I can finally start hatching some shinies lol how you been?

Hey sorry to be a bother but I didn't know who else to ask so I was hoping you'd be able to help me out with an issue I've been having.
So I'm getting back to RNGing on Emerald on an Emulator like I used to but I've been having an issue with the Frames jumping around on me on a given save state. Here's the process I'm doing:
SRing until I get a desired Nature and Ability. Once I do that step I make sure to save in front of the old man and reset and let the time pass until I get close to my desired time. I then go ahead and make a Save State near my target time. I then hit CTRL+P to pause the game then hit F1 to load the save state. I then hit CRTL+Z+N to advance the frame and to initiate the conversation with the old man and then I hit CTRL+P to unpause the game of course. Now BEFORE when I did this I would always end up hitting the same frame whether it was my target frame or not but not the frame DRASTICALLY jumps around. Do you know what might be going wrong?
