(Archive) Small Objective Changes Thread

In Tentacruel's second paragraph of optional changes, there is an error:

Aside from Leftovers, Tentacruel, being a Poison-type, can use Black Sludge to heal HP,. This makes Trick users more wary about using Trick, but if that happens then they also have a damaging item to Trick onto your non-Poison Pokemon. You can try running an alternate EV spread with Timid and more Speed in order to 2HKO the likes of Gliscor and Roserade with Ice Beam, although 252 HP is a priority. 216 Special Attack EVs let Tentacruel always OHKO Dragonite with Ice Beam, and 132 Special Attack EVs let Tentacruel OHKO Infernape with Surf.

I fixed it on the main page, but the /rb/moves list page is something different and requires an admin to fix.

Nice catch Tomahawk! There were actually two instances of the (comma) happening so I went ahead and fixed them both.

Hello, chaos.

In Vespiquen's analysis, there is a spelling error in the "Team Options" section.

Though not a necessity, having Toxic Spikes support would allow Vespiquen to drop Toxic from her moveset, making room for another move such as Hidden Power Ground orffl Defend Order.

Hope this gets fixed soon, and I'm wondering, how did it get past the spellchecker?

Hi. Chaos doesn't actually check this thread, I'm the one managing it, and anyone with a badge can fix the errors posted here. Anyway, I've fixed your error.

It can happen in the mod check if they accidentally push buttons without noticing or it could've just been missed. It happens, and that's why we're here to fix it. ;)

On the choice set, the calculations are off:

"min HP/Def Psychic Arceus is a 22HKO"
It's a 3HKO.

"Max HP Steel-type Arceus is now a 25 HKO"
It's a 13HKO.

"Bug Bite's addition lowers max HP / max Def Steelix from a 94HKO to a 36HKO."
It's a 20HKO. Also, the 94HKO is incorrect: Poison Sting doesn't affect Steelix. If we're talking about Struggle: it's an 18HKO.
