Why has the Dream World subforum been moved to Cryonics?

How does Sleep Talk work with Choice items?
Thank god latias wasnt banned :D
And one last question: would this spread and moveset be worthwhle on latias? Or would it be better off having max hp and the standard?
Calm minder, Timid, 208 hp/48 def/ 252 spe, leftovers
Calm mind, dragon pulse, reflect, roost
I figured giving it max leftovers recovery was enough so i dumped the rest in defense. I thought this might actually help her have better defenses overall. Though if im wrong, please correct me :P
What are some good defensive sweepers (just a list nothing specific) that work on stall teams?
The type of Pokemon I have in mind are WishCM Jirachi, SubDD Dragonite, and CM Latias.
Ok, I hope this is the right place to ask.
Currently, I'm trying one of my made-up cores on PS, which is as follows:
Flygon @Choice Band
EVs: 252 Attk/252 Spe/4 HP
Nature: Jolly (+Spe,-SpAttk)
Ability: Levitate
Outrage
Earthquake
Superpower
U-turn
Magnezone @Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 SpAttk/252 Spe/4 HP
Nature: Modest (+SpAttk,-Attk)
Ability: Magnet Pull
Thunder
Volt Switch
HP Fire
Flash Cannon
I basically wanted to make a sweep team- where one Poke can sweep (of course late game, I am not talking about setting up and sweeping from turn 2). Now, my swee
per is Double Dancer Haxorus. What can you do to help it? Remove it's checks/counters. How do you do that? This is where my "FlyZone" duo come in. Zone is the obvious steel assassin, which Flygon can easily lure out and U-turn out. Removing stuff like Mamoswine/Weavile is also necessary, so I have plans for that. Mamo in particular, is the biggest reason I'm using Scarf Zone, as I can outrun and OHKO with Flash Cannon.
I'm basically looking for the third member of my core. I want it to provide some offensive, or at least defensive support, it would be excellent if it could do both. :) I've tried out crazy stuff like Specs Suicune, bulky Keldeo (not exactly, just a 252 Spe/252 HP CM Keldeo).
So tell me if there is any Poke that can suit my needs.
Are there any other cores similar to FGW? 3 types that cover each one another?
Would it get the Tech Boost after hit 3 or no?
No, it wouldn't get a technitian boost if the power is above 60. It's all academic, though, as fury cutter is horrible.
No. Scizor's Fury Cutter initially benefits from Technician but Escavalier's Fury Cutter is stronger in the long run. Also Metronome will boost Fury Cutter more than Choice Band if used more than 5 times if I recall correctly, but that's unlikely in a competitive environment. Also Nincada has the only 100% accurate Fury Cutter
Fury Cutter is my favorite attack if you can't tell
If you use Guard Split on a Pokemon using an Eviolite, are the stat changes calculated before or after factoring in the Eviolite?
Specific hypothetical example: Shuckle has 614 Defense. Chansey has 119 defense (with Eviolite it's calculated as 178). Shuckle uses Guard Split on Chansey. Which one is true?
Eviolite after Guard Split: (614 + 119) / 2 = 366.5 Defense (with Eviolite Chansey's Defense becomes 549)
Eviolite before Guard Split: (614 + 178) / 2 = 396 Defense (with Eviolite Chansey's Defense becomes 594)
Eviolite somehow becomes nullified: (614 + 119 or 178) / 2 = 366.5 or 396 Defense (and no further boost due to Eviolite)
Or something else entirely?
Indeed, that makes the most sense. Just making sure. It's the former; Eviolite isn't factored in to the average Guard Split calculates. When you think about it, this makes sense as, if it were done according to one of the other possibilities you list, Eviolite would be essentially activating twice or not activating on your full defense stat (which wouldn't fit with how the item works).
When running CM Latias, so you run Sub, Roar, or a coverage move for your last moveslot (assuming you're running CM/Recover/Dragon Pulse)
