TSpike Lead
Venomoth@Leftovers/Focus Sash
Miracle Skin
Timid
252Speed/252HP/6SAtk
-Toxic Spikes
-Roost
-Bug Buzz/U-Turn
-Sleep Powder/Butterfly Dance
Venomoth packs a few things that are fairly exclusive for a TSpiker- a recovery move in the form of Roost, a disabling move in Sleep Powder, and the ability Miracle Skin.
Miracle Skin is a rare ability that halves the hit chance of status moves, like Thunder Wave, Sleep Powder, etc. This allows Venomoth to take on leads like Roserade and get Toxic Spikes up.
Venomoth can run U-Turn (adjust the nature and EVs accordingly) for more scouting purposes. Baton Pass is also an option if you're really frightened of Iron Barbs.
Butterfly Dance actually allows Venomoth to have slight potential as a set-up sweeper later in the game. With a good chance of dancing around status and the ability to heal, Butterfly Dance lets Venomoth hurt things harder with Bug Buzz. You don't have Tinted Lens though, so it'd be wise to weaken Bug-resists on the opposing team first.
A final option would be to run Shield Dust instead of Miracle Skin- that allows you to easily survive Machamp leads (you won't be dealing any significant damage back though, unless you want to run Psychic somewhere), and take on moves such as Scald or Thunder without worrying about them possibly putting a handicap on Venomoth.
