How did you create your username?

well,

I wanted lizardman, so it would be like my shoddy handle. That was taken.
I like radiohead. The song Kid A was stuck in my head.

Kid+Lizard.

It's a bit of an interesting story as to how I made this name. At first glance you'd think I just got it from the anime / manga (Death Note) and leave it at that. It actually took a bit longer to come to this stage, haha. When I first heard of Shoddy Battle it was when it was JUST released and as such practically all usernames were not taken. I, however, can't think of one sitting at my computer. So I stand up, walk around, open the shades and...the incredibly bright sunlight shines in my eyes. Because "Sunlight" is probably worse than "Light" I just went with that for Shoddy Battle. When I finally registered for Smogon, Light was taken. I just hastily added "Yagami" (which I'd learned over the last year at Shoddybattle due to EVERYONE asking me if that's where I got the name from). I also use the name on Smashboards but that's about it. Could I have made a better name? Of course. Do I regret making this one? No, not really.

Kind of funny story (at least in my opinion)

Back in freshman year in highschool my spanish teacher was passing around a sign up sheet for whoever wanted to be in Spanish next year. Well one of my friends had kept talking about her invisible "hobo friend" which gave me the idea to put "Hobo Bob" on the signup sheet. For some reason she didn't think the name was funny and started yelling at the class "Ok guys who the hell is Hobo Bob?!" (complete with Mexican accent). Hilarity ensued, and from that day on that became my name for whenever I needed an alias. I sort of have a terrible memory so it was the only username that I knew I would be able to remember.

Actually, since I was like 12, I haven't the foggiest how I even came up with my nick. I guess the only thing that was in my mind was making up something funny, so I just tried to put two words together. I probably had some commercial in my head or somethin'...

Hilarious how on certain sites, I spelled "Lightning" wrong, and instead, my nick's more based off lighting a Kimba.

Like 3 years ago i started to play the Naruto CCG and my friends told me to make an account on bandai so i did but i couldnt think of anything. so i started looking through my cards and i found my first SR card i ever got in a trade it was Haku and at the time i was 16 years old. the thing is i wanted to put in Haku but it was taken so i out in Haku16 and there you go.lol im 18 now and dont really feel like changing it. =]

Well, when I'm bored, sometimes I read the stuff my sister writes in her spare time. Malkyrian is the name of a character from there.

It was actually my fourth choice though. My first choice wound up being taken on many places (and I prefer to use the same name everywhere). My second and third choices were my sister's account name...and her backup alt. Ugh.

m is the initial of my first name, tr are the first two of my last name.

12...

all right, I admit it. I have no imagination.

ok, gengar is my favorite pokemon, so i was gengar94 for a while (94 is gengar's pokedex entery). Then i battled a user named eric the espeon on shoddy. It was catchy, and i changed to gary the gengar.

When registering here, I was trying to think of something that sounds somewhat good.

Unfortunately, the first thing that came to mind was "Krack" and I went with that.

Hmm.. Well after trying to find a good user name and failing. I just decided to use my real name. Now the crosses. I'm angelic so hey Holy me :D

I literally shat on my keyboard and it came up with my terrible username...

At least that's what I wish would have happened. I did not know anything about internet aliases at the time of making my account, so I called myself my AIM name since it was easy for me to remember and I can quickly type it. litlmc is short for little mcclure, one of my old nicknames. My older sisters began calling me little McClure because I was the younger sibling and my last name is McClure. Since littleMC was taken on AIM, I tried litlmc. Once I realized that too was taken, I added 01.

And voila, I got the brilliant username litlmc01.

Seriously, I hate my username.

I was intending on making a name that would somehow have to do with the word "Regal" because it sounded really cool. After thinking a bit about "what would be regal?" a really obvious example came to mind, but I decided 1) I don't want to actually name myself AFTER that example and 2) I want to make it a bit more subtle so I don't stir up fanatic argumentive athiest's nest. Hence I thought out a bit and decided to name myself after that star on top of Christmas tree, because in the original story that star was a guidance, which is something I want to do (IRL). Hence, RegalStar.

Honestly, this name wasn;t my first choice. I made an account on here with the name Speaerfrost, but for some reason my priveleges never got activated so I made this one. Spearfrost was a name I heard from an older next dooor neighbor. She also worked at the local card shop where I purchased my Yugioh cards. I thought it was cool and it just kind of stuck with me. Flamewheeler was just something I made up on shoddy to test teams, but then it was the alt that I gained the most success under. I wanted a name change, but more people know this one so... I'm still trying to establish myself as a true competitor.

I had just gotten out of my Japanese class at uni and hopped on to Smogon to lurk and read a few things, when I decided I might as well just register. Red is one of my favourite colours. Akai is the Japanese adjective for red. Simple.

A Chelsea smile is a nickname for the practice of cutting a victim's face from the edges of the mouth to the ears: the cut, or its scars, form an "extension" of a smile. Sometimes to even further hurt or even kill the victim, he or she would then be stabbed, most notably in the stomach, so that the their face would be ripped apart when they scream.

:)

I was very into Robert Heinlein when I was in high school and made my first gfaqs account. I've had this username for everything pokemon-related for about 9 years now. Which these days isn't much - all the more reason to keep the same name, since if I only pop in on occasion, it's silly to have a different username each time.
