I'm more partial to the strategy of switching in Tyranitar into a Garchomp's Earthquake, and using Blizzard with the other Pokemon, hitting through the Sand Veil you just activated, and freezing Garchomp solid.

Can feel you on losing games to chains of BS R Inanimate, had a good one earlier where -2 SpA Lawn Mower Rotom crit OHKOd my Garchomp through Sand Veil with Leaf Storm, enemy Scizor later crit my Zapdos with Bug Bite, who missed Heat Wave on an Excadrill it later couldn't survive a Rock Slide from due to the Scizor crit when I was up 2-1 in spite of the crits, in order to fire the final Heat Wave, but it was fine because my Metagross was there to finish it off with Earthquake... except that Rock Slide flinched him so he didn't get the chance and I lost 0-1. Guess getting a few of that sort of game is just a fact of life with as many as we have to play for these events.

Ending for the night. 15 Wins to 16 Losses, with 2 disconnects. It's a struggle being mono-ice.
The last 4 battles created a losing-streak, so I'll let that "cool" off for now (lol).

I'm so proud of my Ice team. Try their best to defeat the odds.

I kinda understand you, my Garchomp seems to attract Stone Edge Crits =S
But wait.....why the actual fuck they keep firing stone edges at my Chomp!

Played through two hypnosis hits, awaking on first turn while using sleep talk, and two double protects, against a 1750 Japanese player out of all people. Pretty damn proud of that game.

Just started playing this morning, 3 wins, no losses, no D/C's (OMG)
Yet to see what my score's been updated to

OT: Gen'ei
Location: South-East England

Hey there. Yet to start battling, but plan to capture battle videos like last time and upload if everyone's good for that. I can only aim to grab them after work each day, but definitely will give it a crack.

Good luck y'all!

Amount of Battles Played: 9
Wins: 4
Losses: 3
D/Cs: 2

Just beat this noob who didn't really have a great team XD But I lost against some pretty good players (though I made stupid choices and felt that if I had just made the right moves I would've won :/).

Well darn, I wasn't aware that it started just last night ;A;

I'll start my matches tonight, we have a week anyways and I don't really care if I'm not top-ranked lol. These matches are just gonna be practice for me.

Game 1: 3-0 win
Game 2: 4-0 win
Game 3: 1-0 Loss (trick room with clamperl lol, but that wasn't the reasen I lost)
Game 4: 4-0 win
Game 5: 2-0 Loss
Game 6: 2-0 Loss
Game 7: ?-0 win (didn’t pay attention with how much I won lol)
Game 8: 2-0 win
Game 9: 4-0 win
Game 10: 1-0 loss (rock slide miss against landorus in the end. I would have won otherwise)
Game 11: 2-0 loss
Game 12: 2-0 loss (power whip miss 2 times, would one of those have hit, I had a good shot at winning)
Game 13: 4-0 win
Game 14: 2-0 win
Game 15: 2-0 win (against another dutch player, falcon)
Game 16: 2-0 win

Win – loss – DC : 10 – 6 - 0
Rating: 1553

I stop now, I have to go to school. I will play some more matches tonight probably. No DCs yet, this kind of surprises me (although I made sure my team wouldn't give much DCs. No hax items/moves outside of 1 pokemon with Thunder Wave).

Just had an epic battle with this Japanese player (don't know if he's really japanese but whatever), won 2-0 in a very long match of returning and trying to out smart one another. I recorded it on my Vs. recorder and get it on my computer :P

Just been DCed on 4 times in a row by people trying to abuse that minimize Blissey / Chansey shit. pkmn so srs

So yeah, 8-0 with like 6 DCs now.

had some bad luck against a string of stronger players, my ratings is now hovering around 1570 in both my games.

Alright. Did another five battles after finishing Mass Effect 3. I'm now 23-2-1 with a rating of 1701!

I love the Japanese players' knack for forfeiting when they're on their last Pokemon with no chance of escape rather than protect stalling to waste everyone's time. Kudos.

I usually do that as well. If there's a tiny chance I can win I go for it, but if there's no chance I'm a gentlemen and forfeit.

I'm back on. I hate this game right now, I just got 4-0'd be a Japanese player because... he flinched me with Rock Slide turn 1, I failed to double Protect turn 2, he crits me turn 3, and Dragon Claw misses his Garchomp turns 4 and 5.

Nooooooo, just lost my win streak to a Japanese guy with a 1700 rating. Oh well, I'm still pretty high up with my rating.
