how it cant get pasty bulky waters good sir? are you saying dickhead draco meteor is not powerful enough to beat suicune and friends? as far stats go draco meteor is capable of ohkoing all but the most bulky pokemons(as long they dont resist, but even there it hurts), and two draco meteors will probably ko anything not named blissey.
remember back in the day mence draco meteor used to do more then 60% to suicune? it just got worst.
i am not saying suicune is the only bulky water he will be facing, but its one of the best examples as far defensive stats go. i even dare to say that thing specs draco meteor ohko kyogre too.
Actually, it wouldn't ohko Kyogre (will 2 hit ko and Kyogre only ohko kills with Max Power Water Spout which it wouldn't be because Draco Meteor doing massive damage to it. It'll need Timid to outrun with Specs although it won't ohko then and it doesn't have a Chance of ohko without Specs. It does 2 hit ko with Surfs should one miss or something stupid like that). But it's not facing Kyogre in OU. But I do think Kyurem is a bit too strong for OU potentially. Not with things like Inconsistent, Shaymin-S, Darkrai, etc are around but it easily murders most pokemon with its power. 130 Stats aren't low at all (tell that to Ho-Oh, Latios, Garchomp, etc) and with Specs, it's power is so insane that with Blizzard, it could 1-2 hit ko pretty much everything short of Blissey or insane bulky special defensive steels that resist (Brongzong, Heatran). In Blizzard Hail, it easily 2 hit koes Scizor and non Special defensive (Standard) Metagrosses. And Metagross is a lesser threat. Although it would have killed to be able to set up it's own automatic hail (and have an actual uber Hail inducer like Rain and Sun), that would have been far too powerful since even without Specs, Blizzard is a monster. And it is clear Kyurem is meant to be a monster looking at those stats, coverage (Ice/Dragon/Fighting still hits everything and not much is going to be able to kill it), and appearance. Definitely Uber.
And the thing is bulky as heck as well as being an insanely strong. Everybody seems to treat it like it has the defenses of...Deoxys-A or something (FAR from it) and that it'll die to the next blow in. The good news is, there are only a few (potentially) safe switch ins-Steel Types. Anything that isn't Steel is liable to dying horribly and if they're switching in something like Sazandora or Garchomp, it is going to be Scarved. Scizor and Metagross are only possible when not facing Specs Blizzards and bulky defensive Kyurem can be set up to survive even 2 Scizor Banded Bullet Punches+STEALTH ROCK behind Reflect. And Stealth Rock is less common than it used to be.
Just because Stealth Rock exists doesn't mean Kyurem is instantly killed by it. Kyurem is so bulky it can survive certain Mach Punches even WITH Stealth Rock like GUTS Roopushins...and that was without any investment at all into defenses or hp. Stealth Rock doesn't kill Ulgamoth viability (who also is pretty scary) or Ho-Oh and Rayquaza in Ubers or Moltres...actually, Moltres had almost been kicked out of UU (it shouldn't have been there in the first place) last time for it's power DESPITE Stealth Rock. And Kyurem has awesome surviveability, especially if you pass it Wishes which have changed from last time, now able to restore much more than half of it's hp.
And just because Kyurem is (potentially although it is so bulky it can survive at full health against Breloom and kill and it is incredibly easy with Reflect and Breloom is outsped and you could do all sorts of fun trap/luring things with Scizor) Scizor/Breloom weak doesn't make it bad. There are a lot of things that are Scizor/Breloom weak that still are OU like Tyranitar and friends. The existence of two pokemon has never stopped their usage before. Kyurem is definitely strong enough to be high OU/Uber except nobody really uses him for some reason. I love using him and he's freaking awesome. When was the last time people have seen Metagross, Heatran, Jirachi? I haven't seen many of any of them (although I ran into the evil Torment Heatran but other than that...) and they used to be everywhere. Or at least the last one and oftentimes the second. Heatran used to be a top used OU pokemon and now...nothing. What happened? Heatran would be a decent switch in to Kyurem although it must watch out for Focus Blast and even then, Fire Blast would only be a 2 hit ko because of neutrality instead of weakness.
Kyurem does have awesome special resistances and being neutral to Ice and Fire and while it doesn't have ideal weaknesses, there are definitely worse. All dragons are obviously weak to Dragon (except Dialga). Steel is fine because other than Bullet Punch, there really are very few people attacking with Steel. Rock is a bit more irritating because of Tyranitar and a few fast friends but are annhilated by Focus Blast/Ice Beam and can't be switching in. Stealth Rock is annoying but not insurmountable since Kyurem is so bulky it can survive amazing things even with damage and it is easy enough to get rid of if it worries that much. Wish also helps keep hp high. Fighting is more troublesome but you outrun most fighters which make the common OU ones have to run Mach Punch to outspeed you and none of them can really risk switching directly in either. Kyurem is again bulky enough to easily take Roopushin and Breloom's Mach Punches and kill them back.
Kyurem is a very strong underrated pokemon.
