Who do you figure is the easiest, Synre? Cait? Graves?
Also, is Fiora worth picking up?
Fiora is not worth picking up, she is too weak right now. At least from a competive standpoint, you'd be better off investing in someone else.
Cait would take my vote for "Easiest to last hit with" if you exclude abilities, including them would shift things around quite a bit.
I was just playing around with Draven in a custom to get used to his skills but I don't really like the reset mechanic on his W. It's too short a duration to make much use of the AS steroid unless you're catching your axes but to do that you have to waste time repositioning. Taking time to reposition is time spent not autoattacking consecutively and making use of the steroid. It feels very cumbersome to me and only particularly useful if you can just stand in place dealing the deeps, which doesn't happen that often. (Even standing still, you often have to shift a little to the left or right to catch axes and that's really annoying.) It also empties your mana pool in about five seconds unless you want to buy a Manamune. :P
Just sit back and think about Draven, you need to be Attack moving to play him effectively. You shouldn't be missing out on auto's at all. His axe goes ahead of wherever he is facing so it's really down to basic micromanaging skills to keep your W up consistently. Juggling two axes will come in time, but for now just focus on using your axes to reset your W. You shouldn't ever be sitting still as an AD carry, you should be repositioning yourself constantly. Positioning is the most important thing that you have to master in order to be strong in that role. Knowing who, where, and when to attack and realizing what you can and cannot do (taking advantage of opponents misplays or their being out of position) Playing an AD carry is a lot like playing rugby, you keep poking up and around the front lines before you see an opportunity to burst through and destroy the opposing team.

A very nice video explaining AD carry positioning.

A very nice guide explaining the role of the AD carry and what it should be doing, what meshes well together.
I'd say he is very strong right now, but he can be counter picked and neutralized by using CC effectively and strong burst damage. Blitz, Alistar, Taric, etc.. All very good picks against Draven. I'd say he's relatively balanced for what they want him to do, people just don't know how to play against him yet. (Or how to play him, for that matter)
From the jungle, Nocturne has a field day with Draven. Much like he does with Kog'maw. The lack of an escape mechanism leaves him open to assassin characters and makes positioning very important. This coupled with his need to catch axes to reset his W cool-down makes him a very intensive character to play optimally. I haven't had this much fun with a champion in a long time.
Volibear is annoying as hell. The end.
Try playing Riven against him, she's a pretty fun champ with a lot of favorable match-ups.
