I'm thinking of running Clarity/CV when I play support Karma, thoughts? Other than "don't play Karma", please. ;_;
Don't play Karma
....as a support. She needs too much farm to be useful to be a true support, she fills more of a Zilean role on a team, where she takes a solo lane and then morphs into a late game support as the game progresses. Of course, Karma doesn't have anything nearly as game breaking in her kit as Zilean ult, so that's why people don't use her, but that's another issue entirely.

if you are gonna play karma as a support though (which i really dont recommend, solo lane, etc), clarity is a pretty huge waste considering the only way she ever runs out of mana is if youre literally spamming your spells whenever possible. once you get a philo stone you really shouldnt ever be having enough mana problems to need clarity (granted that goes for every champion)

Yeah, I wasn't thinking about it for me, I was thinking about taking it for my lane partner. I don't use Philo stones on Karma because I'm at a low enough ELO at the moment where I can count on anyone I'm supporting missing a lot of CS which I can take.
If your lane partner needs Clarity, that's when you start taking all his cs and going carry Karma. Dat shield burst is respectable.
Karma's burst damage as a mage is insane but her kit is only reliable when you have a teammate nearby who can run up to the enemy for the shieldsplosion. She's well worth playing she's just hard to fit into a lane for this reason.
If you wanted to experiment, you could put Karma bot with a tanky support like Leona and have your ranged ad go mid. You could bust up bot this way but your mid would probably be pretty weak.

Give her a non-shitty range and people might play her.
It has a lot to do with her range when she has such an ass backwards kit that once they balanced her broken nuke she became the worst champion in the game by far.
It's really difficult to carry when EVERY SINGLE OTHER ad carry has higher range than you by about 100, and can zone you the fuck out forever. The only lanes she can do then against equal-skill players is mid and top, where there are better options in both, especially top, as top is the lane most vulnerable to ganks and Sivir has not escape mechanism outside of her spellshield. Sivir being unviable is almost entirely because he range is garbage.

An aside, just played a game as Kassadin where for the first 10 minutes of the game, my team bitched me out constantly for losing to Caitlyn in lane, while I was the only one who had 0 deaths (rest of team was like 1-7, team score was like 2-16 endgame, me 2-2-6). Seriously, wtf. LEARN THE CHAMPS BEFORE YOU SPEAK IN GAME. If oyu think Kass should be fine laning against Cait early game, you need to stop playing this game, fuck you

So I haven't been caught up in jungling for a while.
But it seems to me that when I can clear 5 camps, then gank all 3 lanes in a row, I'm pretty sure that makes Rammus very very good.
