Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks got traded for Jermaine O'Neal and Jamario Moon. I think this is a good trade for both sides. The O'Neal-Bosh experiment didn't work, and with the emergence of Bargiani they could afford to get rid of O'Neal. Marion gives Toronto a solid SF, and with Calderon throwing passes around he should see a small increase in scoring, even if not by much.
For the Heat, O'Neal gives them a much needed low post presence... if he can manage to stay healthy. It's a risky move, but the reward could be huge. Moon is a nice defender and will probably be the starter, but there is some competition there with Cook and James Jones around, and the Heat will try to find minutes for Beasley as well.
I think it's a great move for the Heat, Wade, Beasley, O'Neal at the 2-3-4 gives them a chance to contend in the East if O'Neal stays healthy, and it's a cap flexibility move for Toronto.
