It is very likely that it will have base 100 HP, but the fact that you don't know its IV's(You would also have to assume it has no EV's) means it is inconclusive. It could be base 95, or 105, but that's very unlikely.
 
Yeah but when you change forms, would it change IVs/EVs? The HP stat stayed the same, ergo the HP Base is probably the same.

Wait, there's a video of it changing forms? I have only seen the picture where it shows the Sky Form having 174 HP at Lv.50. If there is a video showing Land Shaymin's HP before it transforms, then yeah, it's definitely base 100. However, I thought that RB Golbat was basing his claim off of only that picture.

If that one picture is all there is, then it is either a Base 100 with an IV of 30(Most Likely), a Base 105 with an IV of 18(Unlikely), or a Base 110 with an IV of 8(Unlikely).

I agree that it is 99% base 100, I'm just saying that there is a slight chanse of it being higher. This all of course irrelevant if there was a picture/video of the same shaymin before it changes forms.
 
Did you actually click on RB Golbat's link, or did Bulbapedia change the image sometime? It's an animated gif that shows a before/after comparison of the two Shaymin forms in one of its three frames.
 
Look at the link Death Phenomono posted guys. Shaymin HP doesn't change, so it does have base 100 HP.

Heh, I'm not too surprised that Shaymin's sky form has got a new cry. When the Shaymin vs Empoleon pic was revealed, I was actually thinking that Shaymin's chirping cry wouldn't suit it.
 
Eh just wondering, since Shaymin Sky form isnt coded in DP(nobody has ever saw anything of Sky form in the DP codes right? If not there would be hacked version of it by now), is it compatible with DP?

It should operate like Deoxys did in Advance, where if you wifi/link battle using Shaymin sky in Platinum, you get a normal Shaymin sprite in the D/P game.

Alright, I didn't see that video. Now I'm confused about the Wi-Fi/Link battle though. If Platinum was battling Diamond over Wi-Fi, and Platinum had a Sky Form Shaymin, how would the Diamond player know what form it is in if it just displays the Land sprite?
 
I heard that its hp stays the same, its atk/sp.atk/speed steal base stats from their df/sp.df. Or maybe it was sp.atk/speed steal from atk/df/sp.df. I don't remember exactly , but I'm sure sky form's base stats will add up to 600, like land form.
 
It'll probably be something like this:

100/120/65/120/65/130

I doubt they will have the sense to decrease the base attack just because it will be worthless anyway. They will definitely increase both attacking stats.
 
If it does have an amazing stat in speed, I'd be fearing this:

Seed Flare/Leech Seed/Air Slash/Substitute

First of all, we know it has Serene Grace. Now imagine Subseeded and flinched to death. Grass types won't be blocking this anytime soon with Air Slash at their faces. Most U-turners are probably not gonna like Air Slash and Seed Flare, save Jirachi, who's U-turn is most likely not gonna break Shaymin's sub (unless it has defenses worse than Azelf, and iirc Jirachi's U-turn does like 50% to Azelf or something (cut that in half and it does 25%), and isn't going to beat it one on one unless it has Ice Punch or haxes with Body Slam.
 
If Sky Form Shaymin has anything more than 110 base speed it will surely be trouble. SubSeed and STAB Air Slash from a fast pokemon with good special attack will definitely mess up your common walls. It has arguably one of the better STAB combinations in the game, and the fact that it can abuse Serene Grace with those two great STABs makes it even better. The two best switchins to a Air Slash and Seed Flare are steel types, and with the exception of Skarmory, none of the said steel types resist HP Ground. Even Skarmory won't appreciate being flinch haxed while its HP is possibly being drained, to make it even worse, Seed Flare can lower its special defense at any moment(80% chance). This could be one of the most annoying pokemon in existent, but at the same time awesome.

Apparently he had a Sky Shaymin, Origin Form Giratina and the 3 starters, all at level 100. And Shaymin had a speed stat of 359, according to my friend's fuzzy memory. He couldn't tell what nature it had because he can't read Japanese, and the Nintendo rep with the game wasn't answering questions about specific things, like Pokemon and story elements.
But there is only one conclusion to be drawn from that stat. Shaymin has a 130 base speed. Until there's confirmation just treat this as a rumor from a nobody, though.

No one else who saw/played this build of the game said anything to the contrary of that. So as far as I know, the 359 speed stat is legit. I just hope that it remains that way. Skymin with Serene Grace, Air Slash, and a beastly sped stat will be seriously awesome.
And Leech Seed+Life Orb may be a viable option for Skymin. I like the look of
