Here is my own attempt. I won't try to speculate too much on the effect unless there is some clear pointers in the name.
It seems like the "Expanding Force" this is referring to might be the force that makes the universe expand, and like most cosmos themed moves, this is probably going to be a Psychic type move. If this is otherwise a more generic force, it might be Normal type.
Steel type. Before this leak I speculated that G-Max Steelsurge would become a "real move" in this tutor batch, but the name of this move isn't too encouraging for this prospect.
Seems to be a Dragon type move (similar to Kommo-o's signature moves).
Rock type, most likely special. Something makes me believe though, knowing Game Freak, that it will be associated less with Rock types and more with space borne Pokémon.
This belongs clearly to Slowbro-Galar, it will be hard to tell what type it will be though.
Fairy type, the name seems to hint at something to do with terrains, which by extension might apply to other tutor moves of this batch.
Obviously Grass type, but I can't tell what it will do.
An Electric type move, which could be either a setup move, a weird status move, or a damaging move that vaguely sounds physical. Who knows.
This is probably going to be a Terrain clone of Weather Ball (therefore Normal type). If it's not, I guess it is Psychic type instead to match the other Terrain moves, and Expanding Force is Normal type.
The choice of words (Skitter in English, "slither" in Italian) makes me believe this is a Bug type move, probably associated with fast Bug types. If First Impression did not exist, I would have said it was a priority move.
Fire type, with who knows what secondary effect.
Dark type.
Ghost type, but what the heck will it do? Hopefully it's a physical attack...
Poison type Freeze-Dry, most likely. Or, less exciting, a Poison status that can hit Steel type, similar to what Salazzle already does.
A Fighting type status move, likely doubles exclusive.
A Water type U-turn, everybody has already said it. What were they thinking?
Ice type, since it is based on an Ice skating dance move, it will probably be a setup move, possibly a physical Quiver Dance? That sounds really scary in the right hands (i.e. Weavile).
A Flying type move that probably hits twice. This sounds honestly like it would fix the movepool problems of Dragonite, Salamence and other winged Pokémon that aren't bird-like, but Gyarados and the genies would be (maybe for the better?) left in the dust.
Ground type Scald (yikes!), or, less likely, a Ground type Freeze-Dry that hits Grass or Bug types super-effectively, which sounds even worse.
We already knew about this. The fact that it is present here possibly indicates that Zarude will appear in the data for Isle of Armor, even though the date of its actual distribution is now a mystery, with "Coco" delayed. I guess old traditions are hard to die, huh.
Belongs to Urshifu-Single Strike, most likely Dark type, doesn't sound too exciting.
Belongs to Urshifu-Rapid Strike, most likely Water type. It sounds like it could be a multi-hit move.
I think Centro Pokémon is fairly reliable (if I am not mistaken, they were among the first to uncover SS base game leaks), but the fact that there is no independent confirmation (or refutation) of this yet, like from SciresM or Kaphotics is a bit annoying.
Meteor Beam: I think it's Ice-type and exclusive to Galarian Articuno. Meteors are kinda frozen rocks when in space.
Burning Jealously: Fire type and exclusive for Galarian Moltres. Maybe a cool secundary effect.
Terrain Pulse: Electric Type and exclusive for Galarian Zapdos. Maybe hits Ground types por super effective damage.
It's extremely unlikely that any of these moves belong to the Galarian birds, the Galarian Regis, Galarian Slowking, Calyrex, or any other Crown Tundra Pokémon, because they won't appear until Crown Tundra (duh). In other words, it would be too early to add their slots to HOME.
