Alright, this is pretty massive.

Scratchet will put his KOC into his MC. His effective compensation will be 3 EC/7 MC/3 DC, putting him at 3 EC, 7 MC, and 3 DC.

He will buy level-up Hyper Voice, egg move Confuse Ray, BW TM Focus Blast, and store the last MC.

Sealeo will put all his KOC into his MC. His effective compensation will be 3 EC/9 MC/3 DC, putting him at 8/9 EC, 11 MC (assuming my current value of 2 MC is correct after all,) and 5/5 DC. Sealeo will unlock his Dream World ability.

He will buy Surf, Toxic, and Whirlpool (all BW TMs/HMs), and Super Fang (past gen tutor). This knocks him back to 2 MC.

Syclant gains 9 MC, putting him at 13 Tourney-unusable MC. (C'mon, get knocked out already! I don't want to buy overlapping moves!) He isn't buying anything yet.

Right, 3 go into my Rampardos' DC, bringing it to 5/5, unlocking Sheer Force, leaving 15.

3 go into teaching Tangrowth Power Whip, leaving 12.

3 go into Tangrowth's DC, 5/5 - Regenerator UNLOCKED leaving 9.

Rampardos' 2 existing MC go into Stone Edge.

This leaves me with 9 BT. I may edit this post further.
 
From this raid I claim this victory dance and 4 TC (my TC total is now 21). Hades the Charizard gets 6 MC (although it says in there 2 EC, 4 MC and 2 DC, his EC and DC are full so I'm pretty sure it should be 6 MC), Shan Yu the Skarmory gets 4 MC and 2 DC and between them they get 8 KOC. I'll invest all 8 into Hades the Charizard's MC, so now Shan Yu the Skarmory is at 4 MC and 4/5 DC, while Hades the Charizard is at 14 MC. I'll add one of my spare 5 RC to his MC, bringing my RC total to 4 and Hades' MC to 15. Now to spend those MC ...

Dark: Dark STAB; Immunity to all telepathic and telekinetic attacks, better performance in all darkened and especially twilight conditions. Can use any Dark-type attack regardless of Attraction.
Flying: Flying STAB; immunity to Ground attacks outside extremely odd circumstances even for ground-based flying Pokemon. Enhanced aerial mobility. Superior senses in open air arenas.

Abilities:

  • Insomnia: (Innate) This Pokemon is immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. It's normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action.
  • Super Luck: (Innate) This Pokemon’s natural skill doubles (x2) its critical hit levels above other Pokemon, making its normal moves inflict critical hits 12.5% of the time and its high critical hit moves inflict critical hits 1/3rd of the time.
  • Moxie: (DW) (Innate) This Pokemon gets psyched after it earns a KO on an opposing Pokemon, increasing its attack by one (1) stage. This boost is maintained at the end of each round.(Not yet Active)

I've got some saved-up MC I'd like to spend.

Draco (Salamence) has 4 MC, which will be spent on Dragon Tail (BW Level-Up) and Roost (DPP TM), leaving him with 0 MC.

Neville (Colossoil) has 5 MC, which I'll spend on Aqua Tail (DPP Tutor) and Torment (BW TM), leaving him with 0 MC.

Harry (Volcarona) has 3 MC, which will all be used to buy Whirlwind (BW Level-Up) and Toxic (BW TM).
