Kaxtar and Arcanite both recieve the full 4 TC, and Duskull and Piloswine all get 1 DC, 1 EC and 2 MC.

Heracross stores all counters. Duskull stores all of its counters. Breloom stores his counters, and his DW ability is now unlocked.

Piloswine stores his counters, and evolves upon reaching 9/9 EC into mamoswine; stats adjust accordingly. Kirlia converts its KO into an MC, and stores all of its counters. Furthermore, Kirlia now evolves upon hitting 9/9 EC into a Gallade. Finally, I store all of my TC. I'll claim all of the moves I earn upon evolution in a later post.

EDIT: Claiming some moves. Mamoswine learns Hail upon evolution, and I'm using 3 MC to get Stealth Rock. Heracross is getting Protect with his 2 MC. Duskull (now a dusclops) gets earthquake for his two MC. Breloom is getting Sky Uppercut and Focus Punch. Gallade, upon evolution, gains Leaf Blade, Night Slash, Leer, Fury Cutter, Slash and Swords Dance. I'm using my 10 MC to get Psycho Cut, Protect, Hypnosis, Close Combat, Psychic, Ice Punch and Taunt.

Normal: Normal STAB; adapt comfortably to any surrounding after 3 actions. Able to use Outrage without losing focus.

Abilities:
Run Away: (Innate) This Pokemon is quick on its feet and will evade any field traps and hazards that would harm it (Spikes, Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes) in an arena. A Pokemon can still absorb Toxic Spikes if it has Run Away and is Poison-typed. Run Away does not allow the Pokemon to switch out of trapping moves or abilities, however it can escape other situational trapping strategies in battle.
