+1 CC
Joltik: +1 EC, +1 DC, +2 MC

6 CC are stockpiled.

Cyclohm gains four MC. He learns Discharge (lvl) and Sunny Day (BW TM). The remaining MC is stockpiled.

Armaldo's 6 MC are used to learn Mud-Slap and Mimic (Previous Gen Tutor). The KOC are put into CC and stockpiled.

Heracross uses his 6 MC and 2 KOC to learn Bulk Up (Gen V TM), Mimic, and Vacuum Wave (Past Gen Tutor).

Syclant uses his 3 MC and 1 KOC to learn Bulldoze (BW TM) and Sleep Talk (BW Tutor). The remaining KOC is converted to CC and stockpiled.

Volcarona uses her 2 MC to learn Facade. The remaining MC is stockpiled.

Joltik's 1 EC and 1 DC brings it up to 6/6 and 4/5 respectively... evolution time. Upon evolving, Galvantula learns Fury Cutter automatically (pre-25 move). It also learns Protect (BW TM) with its 2 MC.

The 5 UC are used to bring Burmy up to 6/6 EC and 4/5 DC, (+3, +2 respectively). This allows her to evolve into Wormadam (Sand Cloak). Upon evolving, Wormadam automatically learns Confusion (pre-25 move). She then uses her 5 stored MC to learn Earthquake (BW TM), Earth Power (BW Tutor), and Rock Blast (lvl).

Nature: Relaxed (+Def; Spe/1.15, -10 EVA)
Type: Rock / Grass
Rock: Rock STAB; reduced damage from all special attacks by two (2) Base Attack Power during Sandstorm. Able to use Sand Tomb without losing focus.
Grass: Grass STAB; immunity to Leech Seed and Worry Seed. 50% reduction in status effect chance of oncoming "powder" attacks. More mobile in areas with strong natural light sources. Superior senses in tall grass and forest areas. Able to use Wrap and Bind without losing focus.

Storm Drain (DW LOCKED): (Innate) This Pokemon lures all water attacks to itself, altering their course away from partner Pokemon. It absorbs the water and increases its Special Attack by one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.

Rediamond: The Burmy family has 0/4EC instead of 0/6EC (Deck even said it IRC, so yup yup). This means that you save 2UC. Fix that and you're APPROVED

IssacCross:
Aqua Tail is a b2w2 Tutor move, so it only costs 2MC. you keep 1MC, so fix and you are APPROVED

Mylo_Xyloto:
With naive, shelgon's stats are 100/3/4/2/1/58 (+6% acc bonus). fix and you are APPROVED

LupusAter:
Sableye will cost you -7CC, since its a single stager and its not your starter mon. fix that and you're APPROVED.

Frosty, Matezoide, Someoneelse, Pwnemon, King Serperior, and Deck Knight are APPROVED.

His now 10 MC are spent on Smog, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Lava Plume (Level Up); Heat Wave, Iron Tail and Superpower (BW Tutor), leaving him with 0 MC. He now should look like thus:

th_136.gif

Flareon [Jet] (Male) *

"I'll protect you. No matter the cost."
Desperation Theme: Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Might Controls Everything
Jet was part of a group of Pokémon that eventually died to a gang of Bisharp and Pawniard. Rescued by Michael, he was the first partner that he ever saw as a true friend. As a Flareon, he favours divine justice and calculation over brute force.

Abilities:

Effect Spore (Can be Disabled): This Pokemon has a stockpile of defensive spores which it releases on opponents who strike with contact attacks. There is a 10% chance each of poison, paralysis, and sleep. When disabled, the Pokemon's Powder attacks are 10% more accurate.

Poison Heal (Innate): Pokemon with this ability have internal structures that absorb the toxins in poison and uses them to recover two (2) HP/action instead of taking poison damage. When a Pokemon with Poison Heal inflicts Poison on themselves with an attack, it uses up one of their Recovery Moves. If Toxic'd, the Toxic counter will still go up each round and Toxic will do the relevant damage for that round should their ability be disabled.

Technician (Innate): This Pokemon is more skilled at performing weaker moves, causing any of their one-hit or two-hit attacks that normally have 6 or less Base Attack Power to have their Base Attack Power on each hit multiplied by 1.5. (e.g. Aerial Ace goes from 6 to 9, Mach Punch goes from 4 to 6, Double Hit to from 4 per hit to 6 per hit etc.) The Energy Cost for a one-hit or two-hit attack is increased by one (1). Each hit in a multi-hit move is boosted by one (1) Base Attack Power, and the Energy Cost for multi-hit attacks is increased by two (2). Because Technician is a multiplier on single hit moves, its effect is applied to Base Attack Power before any additive effects. Technician only applies to combos in the rare case that an initial hit will have 6 or less BAP.
