FYI everyone: If you are having problems playing on Smogon U, the CAP server is fine. You don't need to make mention of it or whatnot. We can get the logs if it necessary so all issues can still be resolved.

i set up a time my opponent didn't make. after confronting him about it he replied by quoting my pm and not saying anything. according to goof the name the_swamp isn't even registered on smogon's shoddy server...
