Regarding Milotic Distribution…

Alright, here's the deal:

I'm trying to set up public GTS distribution but having some trouble with it
So, I'm going to try a couple more things today and if it doesn't work, then I will follow the original plan (limited distribution)
 
I would nickname it "-rattler-" because of the fact that its body shape and tail reminds me of rattle snakes.

I would name her Circe after the witch living in the island of Aeaea as told in the Odyssey, because she is described there as "The loveliest of all immortals" something a milotic is sure to relate to.

Zoroark may be the best pokemon ever
it spreads such confusion
with its ability illusion

This is what I will call a "distribution chain." Let me explain.

The first person who gets Maleficent, hereby addressed as player "A" will receive Maleficent from me. Then, player "A" must clone Maleficent and give a copy to the next person who will be called player "B" in this example.
The goal of this distribution chain is to pass Maleficent to as many people as possible without needing to have distributors

Now, I know some people cannot clone by themselves. In the example, let's call this player "C." Because player "A" had Maleficent, player "C" can ask A or B to trade them Maleficent, but please, don't spam players A or B.

In order for this to have success, I ask that you are able to clone so you can pass a copy of Maleficent.

The person who gets Maleficent next has to post in this board to let people know he or she has it to ease trading.

Instead Player A could give Player C two copies so he/she can give one of them to someone else
(considering A can clone and C cannot)

Therefore, you first give it to someone who can clone, if next person who asks cannot clone Player A gives 2 copies so the non-cloner can give it to the next person, who has to be able to clone
