I did not find Hitmonleet scummy back then
Still Texas was way more confident about him being town than I was
Hawkie/Texas/Yeti died, and I don't think any of them had Leet any lower than a town lean iirc
Asek (and people in the poe namely Lightwolf) pushed Leet when we were trying to go through the poe
also mini mindmeld today re your lynch pool

I have no reason not to think he is town at this point, some of his posts didn't look great to me but the same can be said of you)
Asek may have pushed him to distance, seems unlikely though and I would never lynch this before lylo
If we end up with Knights/Leet/X in lylo it could get tricky but lynching him rather than one of AG/Lw today makes no sense
 
Before I reply to individual statements, I still want EVERYONE's input whether Mason should claim today, which I am in total favour of because scum can't afford to CC or false claim it when we have two lynches before we lose. I want Mason to claim before we get too deep into the day, because it will likely greatly affect how we view them and what they are saying. Is all brb with more.

Also mason if you exist and you aren't cced or dead by lylo and then claim, I will lynch you assuming you are scum claiming thinking the 3rd mason doesn't exist. Just saying, I can't risk that one.

Also, serious question, now that I've actually had some rest and reflection: Did I offend you somehow? I've felt that a lot of your posts have been including not-so-thinly veiled insults, and I don't know if this is just how you play or if you have a grudge against me. If I have offended you, then I'm sorry for that.



For a quick summary of my rationale:

  • You dodging the attempt to get you to talk d2 bugged me a lot, hence wanting to vote you over the other idlers.
  • Then your sudden tunneling of me felt (and, tbh, still feels) peculiar and irregular to me.
  • Finally, I OMGUSed via logic of "there's no way town is this much of a passive-aggressive jerk".
If you want specific quotes, I can grab those too.


This is kind of random, and feels odd. It's definitely not pocketing, but it rubs me the wrong way. IMO this post is pushing me to think that if AG flips scum, LW is the last mafia. If he flips town, I'm just gonna drop this game outright from confusion.

Sigh, you haven't offended me with anything but your consistent refusal to engage me, which have slowly been twisting my banter into frustration filled poking of the beast. Case in point:

I made a damn wall post that called out nearly everyone, including two people who turned out to be dead by the time I posted it, and merely identified you as my hardest suspicion. You replied to this accusation, to which I replied. In what world is that a tunnel, and no you can't retroactively justify it with what has happened since then, because you specifically say I'm tunneling you in your SECOND DAMN POST TALKING TO ME. The only thing being tunneled by me at that point was Knights in the previous damn game, and certainly not me making TWO POSTS containing stuff addressing my suspicions towards you.

Also slick justifying your OMGUS with a WIFOM. Toot Toot let's get on the acronym TRAIN. Train stans for Totally Random Acronym I Named. The fact you can only justify that much retroactively despite still obviously gunning for me even now for your game solve is simply shallow. I explained my idling was natural, and the fact the host kept calling me out in thread to post should show it wasn't like I was hiding in plain sight, nor do I see how you can justify thinking it'd be a viable scum strat when it's evident how much shit I got for it, including multiple attempts to start a lynch on even while idle.

Please justify your current suspicions of me beyond feeling stuff regarding things that didn't actually happen.

Texas never put out a single reason why Hitmon is town, and considering Texas' expertise in Masonry it was either a lie or Hitmon is a mason. With two masons dead and hitmon directly saying he ain't a mason, this is not a justifiable reason to believe Hitmon.

I'd reckon most people specifically dropped Hitmon on day 3 from any suspicions because they thought Texas could easily have been insinuating Hitmon was a Mason. I'd very much like people to actually make a read of Hitmon now that that statement is no longer coloring their views. Frankly read everyone, we need it, but Hitmon I feel is the most important because I doubt people were impartial yesterday. Yes Hitmon, now you can claim I'm tunneling you(frankly past 2nd half of day 3 it was valid, but again my problem is you claimed after two posts).

Okay, but having no reason to think he is town, does not make him town. What are the reasons that make you think he IS town. Because the only one put forth there is that Asek has been pushing him, which in KoC's own words, is a wifom and easily could be a case of bussing. I'm less inclinded to believe in the bussing theory, but hitmon is still suspicious and does not help how similar he was to Asek in certain respects. Frankly if Hitmon had flipped scum last day I'd be more inclined to think asek was town than I am after an asek flip that that makes hitmon town. Back to the point, not being able to justify he is scum does not make him town Moody, if you are town reading him and so sure he is town you have to justify that, not just word it as no reason that he isn't town, double negative is double negative.

Conclusion: You thought Texas was the motherload, but nope it was hiding under him the whole time. Nothing about Hitmon is consistent. The whole asek big post heel turn is bad. His Me vote is bad. His Proph defense is bad. And I was reading Walrein as a slot the same as last game, wouldn't lynch, so I am not even biased from that. Would lynch today and is my main push.

Because MS voted literally right after Yeti, without ever citing any points. Meanwhile, Yeti had been disliking the slot earlier, and voted before, so I wanted to know more.

I changed my mind on Proph, and, like I've stated, you normally post at least something relevant and useful, which you didn't. Then you engage in a paragraph's worth of useless speculation and theorization.

I wanted to at least get people to not lynch town, since, as you can see, I started to think Proph was town over time, and you were shady and previously an attempted lynch, so I felt it'd be better to lynch you.

People's thoughts change, dude. That's common. I'm normally a bit conflicted about my thoughts and reads when I'm town, so I flip flop a lot. Is it shady at times? Yes. To literally cite your own advice to me: "if you are a villager nothing you actually do is scummy. This is fact, others may read it as such, but I personally believe as long as you have the village!s interest in your mind, you can't be scummy." I believed it would be in the village's interest to not lynch either Proph or I, as I thought we were both town. Thus, I flip flopped and tried to get you lynched at the end, because I believed that was the best option at the time.

Okay, if you were referring to this, then my main reason for not going after asek, or much at all, was because I didn't want to say much while sick, because it just made me unable to care much about anything. When I made the post Moody quoted (and which is not quoted here, but was quoted in the post I'm quoting - something re: automatic quote generation?) I didn't want to decide anything due to general "ugh I want this over with" of my sickness coloring my decisions. The hammer vote: I was starting to get better, and remembered how little impression Asek's posts made despite the strings of posts and some being big. Also, my track record of finding scum from nothing was real bad in previous NOCs; I'm far better when I look at people who are already in the light and choose one. Or at least, after Company Mafia and some others before then, it felt that way to me. Time could have distorted this by a lot for me, though. But it still feels that way to me.
