    Minimum speed is 90 at lv50. I personally wouldn't, as there are plenty slower under trick room who will eat you alive. Think slow and bulky (Not Gardevoir unless you really think he's cool)

    Gardevoir and chandelure are on the same speed bracket, both have a base speed of 80. About the viability it really depend on your team, with a lot of support chandy is a complete beast, but in the hand of a common player it became really useless thanks to it common weakness and it frail defense.

    Gallade gain more usage as physical attacker + TR setter because he has no competition on that department (I mean fighting STAB + TR) but in the case of Gardevoir she have a lot of competition from Cresselia for a bulky supporter + TR ( IMO, even Uxie is better).

    Thanks for the responses guys. I know normally there would be many superior pokemon to use over Gardevoir, but I'm making a Hoenn-only team for fun (its actually shaping up pretty well) and I needed a good user of Heal Pulse to provide recovery to Dusclops, Camerupt (for Eruption) and Wailord (for Water Spout). At this point, however, I'm thinking I probably won't use Heal Pulse support anyway, so w/e.

    Quik question: was is a common (and good) set for Scarf Hydreigon? And what does its speed stat look like after a -1 drop (assume lv. 50 stats)?

    However in the same article the user said that he would like to replace Focus Blast with Earth Power since it's more accurate and earth power is a good special ground move. I use the same Hydreigon with the exception that Earth Power replaces Focus Blast.

    current Attack / 1.5

    for two, just divide another 1.5 from the first. (or /2.25)

    hi friends, that would be me. At the time, only BW moves could be used, but if BW2 were allowed, I would probably go for a move set of Draco / Dark Pulse / Earth Power / Fire Blast or maybe Heat Wave. Also, 44 Speed is a better number. It allows you to outspeed Timid Max Speed Scarf Abomasnow.

    yeah, I was gonna say your name, but always thought it was spelled,

    "tylee16"

    I had a feeling that I might be wrong, so I didn't mention it.

    Also I have a question. Can someone tell me some good Telepathy TR users?

    Musharna, Gardevoir, and Beheeyem are the only ones(At least ones that are legal in this format). The best one would have to be Musharna though.

    Musharna and Beheeyem, spring to mind. Beheeyem is frailer but has superior special attack. I'm not sure whether or not it has been released yet but Gardevoir is option that could be considered.

    Here you go: http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/beheeyem/vgc2012

    Obviously some things have changed between VGC'12 and VGC'13, but there's a Trick Room/Telepathy set there that looks like an excellent start.

    Musharna is by far the best, with a huge support movepool, and it has the defenses to take even super-effective hits, and set up Trick Room.

    May it also be said that musharna's offenses aren't all that bad having a decent base 107 special attack.

    Not true. Each stat drop/increase is a smaller factor than the last. To be specific:
    +1 -> *1.5
    +2 -> *2
    +3 -> *2.5
    +4 -> *3

    Stat decreases are the inverse.

    Accuracy stat changes are different factors but the same idea.

    I greedily downloaded a Kyurem-W from pokecheck a few months back as I was a mix of impatient (have only just grasped BW2 RNG) and curious about the power of its Draco meteor. I have only just learnt that this is a stupid thing to do and can potentially screw your game up if you attempt to unfuse by giving you a bad egg, it takes up space and can't be released etc... Very sad.

    I still haven't RNG'd the ingame one so do not have the DNA splicers, so cannot unfuse to make the bad egg.

    Basically, I want to know if I am right in thinking that I should delete this current save file, as I am going to Birmingham VGC and don't want this Dirty Kyurem within my boxes getting me turned away for all the hard work I've been doing breeding. I have no other way to get rid of it and do not want to use action replay.

    Well, I am fairly certain that hacked pokemon are allowed to be in your boxes, just not used. Might want a second opinion on that though.

    Yeah, I know a lot of people (myself included) who've had hack checks with hacked things in their PC (shiny Magikarp with explosion, anyone?) and passed them. A lot of people prefer to be absolutely safe though; they can always change the hack checker, and if you're at all serious it probably isn't worth the risk.
