I'm trying to Pal Park 6 Pokemon, including a 29/31/28/31/31/29 Careful Counter Tyranitar + 5 random pokemon.

However once I get into Pal Park I find one of the Pokemon in the grass (random Mightyena just to make up the 6) and the game keeps freezing.

Is my game fucked? I really hope I can get this 'Tar into Pearl .__.

edit: It crashes on every Pokemon I find.
edit2: took my shiny arceus out of my party and it's working. so nvm I guess.

SBP 1 or 2 someone bred a Kricketot and Luvdisc does exist with HP:elec

I have a question about the RNG in D/P.

What are the odds of catching a X/31/X/X/X/31 pokemon in the wild with the correct nature (using a synchronizer)?

I originally thought: (1/32) x (1/32) x (1/2) ~ 1/1800. But that seems far too high to be plausible.

Gin has a Kricketot, btw.
 
How do you delete wonder cards? After getting a Darkrai from the event at the end of this month, can I delete it's Wonder Card then get another one?

You can delete the Wonder Card through a menu option in Mystery Gift. However, I don't thing deleting the Wonder Card will allow you to obtain Darkrai twice in the same game.

I'm not 100% sure if deleting the entire save file will really allow you to receive the same item twice but I'm pretty sure that somewhere along the lines one of my games has been reset and used to obtain Surf Pikachu a couple times from Pokemon Battle Revolution (which I believe uses the same exact mechanisms.)
 
yeah i saw that gin has a kricketot. didnt know there was an HP elec luvdic floating around. hmm i just want to do a pokemon people wont get pissy about, though there are bound to be naysayers about anything i pick. thanks for the ideas guys. anymore would be great. :D
 
what are some of the 2 vs 2 double battle attack combos? like stat-up + baton pass? i need to know some for some of the Diamond And Pearl attacks. i only know combos by Ruby,Saffire, And Emerald attacks. P.S i need to know this for my team at the Pokemon Video Game showdown in Florida.
 
I was wondering if anyone knew the best move combos for the pokemon contests. I beat just the Tough contest to get the last star a while ago, and now I want to breed a bunch of Smeargles and sketch the moves I should use.

Yeah, looks right to me...

Probability of two 31 Ivs and a nature that has a 50% chance...

There aren't any other variables.

Wait wait wait ....

32 x 32 x 2 = 2048
 
Hi, I'm breeding a Mild Typhlosion and I managed to get one with IV's:
2/31/12/30/31/31 (67 Power HP Grass) How does it compare to ones used in Wi-fi or specialized breeding? Thank you.

1/2048 is correct, assuming each individual IV is independently generated and the synchronizer kicking in is independent of the IVs as well.

I really don't think it's as difficult as 1/2000, that seems incredibly hard to me. I think the RNG leans toward giving higher IV's, especially 31's. I got my Azelf in about 20 resets, for example, although obviously that was extremely lucky.
