I'm more amused at the idea of Blissey with Explosion. Besides, if there's antying I learned about imporbable moves, Camerupt gets Explosion and it isn't up there.
Not only is an Explosion tutor improbable, it's impossible. Explosion's already in a TM. Selfdestruct, on the other hand, seems a tad more likely, although one must take note of the fact that Mewtwo is egregiously absent from that list.

Age of Kings: Super Fang is one of the more broken moves in the game, something tells me they're not about to put it into a Move Tutor. But if they do.... Holy fuck.

As I said, if it is indeed Super Fang which seems very likely (or they'll fuck us by the tutor being Hyper Fang instead), Stallrein will be extremely, extremely obnoxious.

Understatement of the century right there.

Hum, more likely indeed, but Mewtwo not being here is not really a good sign.

I thought to Slack Off, but Hippo learns it and is not on the list.

These move tutors are truly bizarre, I have no idea about that fighting one... I don't want to speculate since gamefreak has broken my heart several times with move tutors.

Morning Sun Arcanine would be quite interesting to see in UU, as his speed lets him heal up Flare Blitz recoil.

And Mr. Mime with Nasty Plot is just downright amazing.

Bug Bite.

[Bug Bite? Buzz?] Caterpie, Metapod, Butterfree, Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Paras, Parasect, Venonat, Venomoth, Scyther, Mew, Ledyba, Ledian, Spinarak, Ariados, Yanma, Pineco, Forretress, Scizor, Shuckle, Heracross, Wurmple, Silcoon, Beautifly, Cascoon, Dustox, Surskit, Masquerain, Nincada, Ninjask, Shedinja, Volbeat, Illumise, Trapinch, Vibrava, Flygon, Kricketot, Kricketune, Burmy, Wormadam, Mothim, Combee, Vespiquen, Skorupi, Drapion, Carnivine, Yanmega, Heatran, Wormadam-G, Wormadam-S

Oh, and an egg move that has me excited: Aromatherapy Clefable

Versatile, and now a cleric. A perfect one too, with Magic Guard. Too bad it's illegal with Softboiled.

Which may be one of the tutor moves...

Out of the whole speculation game, for everyone who wants to abuse the newfound sweepers in UU (Head smash Aggron, the random crap that got DD, etc), this is an excellent compliment to them.

i liked aromatherapy clefable too :)

i really hope it gets softboiled as one of those unkowns.

and ES dnite is awesome, but i wish it had some other way of powering up its attack than dragon dance, as it kind of removes the need for priority
choice band could definitely work and maaaaaybe a mixnite with specs/life orb

i'm still going to ignore all logic and hope that it somehow gets curse again *crosses fingers*

Bug Buzz Heatran? lol!
Unless that's really Bug Bite repeating from Platinum.

Bug Bite is already a tutor from Plat, so it's highly unlikely (maybe even impossible) that it is another tutor in HGSS as well.

And Bug Buzz on Heatran is an option if you really hate Starmie that much, though generally speaking you should just run HP Grass/Electric for better general usage.

Bug Buzz Heatran lol.

Edit: Dang! Beaten to it twice!

[???]
Venusaur, Geodude, Graveler, Golem, Slowpoke, Slowbro, Muk, Onix, Rhydon, Lapras, Snorlax, Mew, Sudowoodo, Slowking, Forretress, Steelix, Donphan, Miltank, Blissey, Tyranitar, Slaking, Nosepass, Aggron, Swalot, Wailord, Cradily, Armaldo, Snorunt, Glalie, Walrein, Metagross, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Kyogre, Groudon, Torterra, Bastiodon, Gastrodon, Bronzong, Bonsly, Abomasnow, Lickilicky, Rhyperior, Tangrowth, Mamoswine, Probopass, Froslass, Regigigas

Block, perhaps?

I will almost certainly be using Feraligatr once he comes out with Aqua Jet. SD + Priority on a good water type probably won't be gamebreaking like Scizor and Bullet Punch, but it should at least increase usage.

What would happen to the likes of Garchomp??

Wow I'm liking some of these changes to the lower tiers. Aggron finally has a reason to be used and I'm certain Mismagius/Honchkrow are going to OU now.

And finally, a reason to use Dragonite. Any ExtremeSpeed set ideas?

Pretty much I would use the following:

Item: Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
EV's: (Not sure but...) Maybe 252HP/252Atk/4SpDef?
Moves: Extremespeed/not sure not sure not sure lol

if that first one is super fang the metagame is screwed.

the second is probably shadow sneak which is great news for medicham.

the one staring with the clefs and including the eevees is most likely wish. the one right after could maybe be encore but is probably some fighting move (sky uppercut? force palm?). the one right after that looks right for sky attack.

and the porygons are in two of the three candidates for heal bell, which is awesome.

edit: the one labeled curse looks plausible for block. the grass could be aromatherapy, but if it is we're probably not getting a heal bell tutor.

Have you noticed that a lot a tutors moves in Plat are the same as in Emerald ?

So could the same thing happen with HG/SS, including some tutors moves we found in FR/GL ?
(I'm thinking to Metronom, among others)

Ok, now it's impossible a Wish Move Tutor. The list Maverick Hunter showed us don't have any move with compability between Pikachu, Clefable, Jirachi and Latias.

Bug Bite was no Pt Move Tutor. Just a move inserted in some movelearns.

Huh, I stand corrected.

Well, Metronome is certainly plausible for one of them... lemme check again which group it is.

EDIT: Never mind, it doesn't look like it. If it's metronome, following the generation I TM Mankey should be there right after the Clefs.

[???]
Clefairy, Clefable, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, Chansey, Jynx, Lapras, Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Mew, Chinchou, Lanturn, Igglybuff, Togepi, Togetic, Mareep, Flaaffy, Ampharos, Espeon, Umbreon, Misdreavus, Snubbull, Granbull, Smoochum, Miltank, Blissey, Celebi, Gardevoir, Skitty, Delcatty, Spoink, Grumpig, Swablu, Altaria, Chimecho, Buneary, Lopunny, Mismagius, Chingling, Happiny, Togekiss, Leafeon, Glaceon, Uxie, Phione, Manaphy
Checking with a list, I'm almost certain this is Heal Bell. For some reason, Bronzong doesn't get it lol. Sadly, Dragonite and Articuno (and Mightyena) are absent from this list while Lapras and Amphy get it back.

Heal Bell is ok on Hydration Manaphy, Vappy potentially getting it would be...holy shit. It would become one of the best Toxic-stallers in the metagame, running Surf / Toxic / Heal Bell / Wish or protect. Uxie and Lopunny would get another addition to their already excellent support movepools.

Bug Bite was never a tutor- just a bunch of bug-types gained it as a level-up move. Still, I couldn't see Heatran learning Bug Bite OR Bug Buzz.

This one's interesting, it seems odd that Golduck is the first Pokemon to learn it...what could Golduck and Machamp learn that Blastoise couldn't? A lot of the Pokemon here get Cross Chop via egg move (Golduck, Electabuzz, Magmar, Croagunk) so I wouldn't be surprised if it was that (although Exeggutor and a few others makes that seem a little less likely). It certainly looks like a Fighting move though.

Maybe Revenge? Some of those pokemon don't have arms, but they could surely push back at them(Exeggutor, Shiftry).

[???]
Golduck, Mankey, Primeape, Machop, Machoke, Machamp, Drowzee, Hypno, Exeggutor, Cubone, Marowak, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Kangaskhan, Electabuzz, Magmar, Kabutops, Mewtwo, Mew, Typhlosion, Totodile, Croconaw, Feraligatr, Sudowoodo, Aipom, Snubbull, Granbull, Heracross, Sneasel, Ursaring, Tyrogue, Hitmontop, Elekid, Tyranitar, Treecko, Grovyle, Sceptile, Combusken, Blaziken, Mudkip, Marshtomp, Swampert, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Vigoroth, Slaking, Loudred, Exploud, Makuhita, Hariyama, Sableye, Aggron, Meditite, Medicham, Spinda, Cacnea, Cacturne, Zangoose, Armaldo, Kecleon, Deoxys, Chimchar, Monferno, Infernape, Floatzel, Ambipom, Buneary, Lopunny, Bonsly, Riolu, Lucario, Croagunk, Toxicroak, Weavile, Electivire, Magmortar, Gallade, Deoxys-A, Deoxys-D, Deoxys-S

I wonder if this is a kicking move like Low Kick. Exeggutor and Mudkip's presence on this list means that anything involving hands would be incredibly bizarre. It also matches up 100% with the list of existing Low Kick users, which is true of very few existing Fighting moves that aren't obscenely rare.
