Playing around with LO Milotic in OU... Should I go with stats of 394/x/236/282/286/194 or 359/x/209/297/286/247? Moveset is Hydro Pump/Ice Beam/ Hidden Power Electric/Recover...

I have a feeling the answer to this is no but if I've already caught Azelf/Mesprit/Uxie is there a way to re-catch them? Is it only if you've fainted them and re-beat the Elite 4 they come back? so I can't just release them from my box and beat the elite 4 and try again..? =x

Unfortunately, you're feeling is right--they'll only come back if they fainted. If they were actually caught, they won't.

how and when does sneasel learn pursuit?

You must breed a male parent that knows Pursuit with a female Pokemon in the Sneasel evolutionary line. The baby Sneasel will have it as an egg move. Potential male parents include Raticate, Tauros, Umbreon, Dunsparce, Zangoose, Absol, Floatzel, Smeargle, etc.

And stop typing obnoxiously.

In Heartgold is it necessary to catch Ho-oh before Tojoh falls?
My pokemon are somewhat underleveled and I heard from my friend that if you activate Ho-oh and leave, it wont be there when you come back.
I know that if you KO it that it will come back after the E-four, but it's best for me to not enter battle with it at all.
Why? Well, I want decent IVs and a good nature for it (mostly the latter), and I don't know how to rng-abuse. I don't know when IVs are set for it.

So basically: Do I have to battle Ho-oh before E-four? When are IVs set for it for every scenario? Good places to level up my pokemon before Ho-oh?

You can battle and beat it then after you beat the E4 you can go again and it will be a completely different Ho-Oh.

Im very new to UU and trying to build a stall team, I have a solid core, but I'm wondering if there is any good phazers that can use resttalk effectively, thanks (a list would be great please :D).

edit: It would also be helpful if someone could tell me an effective lead for a stall team.

Considering you only have a 30% to hit when Paralysed and getting Iron Headed by Jirachi, could it be considered that when you actually do attack, its hax?

Who is a reliable stealth rocker that doesn't run as a lead and can help the team outside of stealth rock.

I'm creating a new team, that so far consists of

Scarftran - Lead
Vaporeon
Calm Mind Celebi

I don't know how well swampert would work, considering I run vappy.

I don't know how well bronzong would work, since I can't seem to find a use for him other than setting up SR. I don't like screens.

I'm considering Aggron, but I've heard he doesn't fare well in OU.

You can try Forretress. It can set up rocks and spikes and spin away your opponent's. With its one weakness to fire, you can switch into Vaporeon or Heatran to take the hit.
