Are we done with the whole "I'm a rebel so I hate on names that make perfect sense just to be a rebel" thing? Seriously, it's getting old and it doesn't make you cool. Smugleaf makes perfect sense as a nickname.
Anyways, Mamanbou seems like a neat Pokemon. For doubles or triples, it can keep your Pokemon free of status. In singles, it can pass Wishes. Hopefully it'll have stats like Tentacruel, but more HP. Only a solid week or so before we get some good info.
So true, smugleaf is completely appropriate.
It'll be so damn funny if the official US name has a similar flavour.
Mamanbou seems set to continue the tradition of the Bulky Water.
It's stat distribution might be like Luvdisc's just slower and with higher numbers elsewhere.
I'm curious to know what will set it apart from Vaporeon in singles.
No, actually the Colonel Darren's arguments are much more well thought out and the Jirachi example explains everything perfectly. His is a much more likely representation of what will happen.
Which I FUCKING said in my original post.
Can't any of you idiots read?
Or do you just scan posts looking for keywords to trigger your soapbox campaigns.
All is forgiven if you don't know English too well otherwise it is inexcusable and stupid.
I never believed that Encourage would apply to Hyper Beam etc.
I still don't think so but the moves they chose to showcase does raise an eyebrow.
An ability that negates recharge on moves like Hyper Beam was something I'd wished for in the deleted thread.
It would be crazy to get that boon for ALL deleterious side effects + a power boost.
That's why I doubt it'll work like that but Wooguru definitely has a niche if it does.
The threat of STAB + Encourage + LO/CB Giga Impact would be even more reason to pack a Rotom on your team.
And the response to this was condescending bullshit talking about how I should THINK before I post? F OFF!
Maybe it's because I don't pretend to KNOW everything when I haven't played the game.
Unusual eh?
Anyway, I think I'll drop this now where the idiocy is plain for all to see.
I generally agree with the opinion of Encourage as anti-Serene Grace as I had said in previous posts as well.
However, in the off chance that the ability does work the way few expect, I'll have a good laugh at the expense of the dogmatic know-it-alls.
lol
