I kinda feel guilty now... and i thought you guys were cool.

Alright for threadshot's sake i'll go with the pachi of shame. 5 pokes in Johto can't be that bad...

btw with dratini you get it till after clair, so you can't solo kingdra untill...the Lance+Clair Double battle. Well ain't that a kick in the crouch, spit on the neck fantastic (get the referance? anyone).

EDIT: Yea true, the rival thing would be easy but two moves, really? Can't wait to do that to someone else hehe.
 
You obviously haven't played HGSS before, because the Safari Zone is in Johto. You can get access before the fifth badge. You should probably have MEP just in time for Pryce.

...you would relise that i ether played SS, LG or FR. So yes i have played SS, i just....don't pay attention to the safari zone....the items anyway.

Sorry to be "smart", but i wanted to say that i know in game, just not some of the extra details.

EDIT: Well i'll take my 6 pokes and run. Thanks for the suggestions everyone, I'll be back for challenge setting. I apologise for being nooby. Happy Scambling!

Also, since you're new, i will say this clearly: Do NOT call me Threadshot. zdrup15, Paradox808 and some others have a habit of it, i don't need you adding to that.
 
No, you can't get Pachirisu before the 5th badge even with the Safari Zone. The other Pokemon don't show up until you get the National Dex, regardless of whether they should be found in the Safari Zone or not.
 
chomzloh: do you have everything you need for your scramblocke? I noticed you tried to restart but I didn't bother counting how many you had.
 
Announcement concerning SPL Warstories:

A) I judge them. Zdrup has no input, it's my Pachi, so i choose.
B) Submissions: When SPL is finished, any and all Warstories are posted in Stark or relevant subforums.
C)Title of Warstory should be "SPL Warstory: ________". You fill in the blank however you like.
D) I will read and judge all WS's on a scale of "zdrup <--> 10". 10 is the highest, so aim for that.
E) PM me if you have posted a Warstory. Just makes my life easier, i don't check every subforum every day, y'know.
F) Warstories of any round are allowed.
G) Formatting of Warstories, not just the log itself, will be taken into account.
H) Tell us your teams at the start for ease. It's a scramble, so it's necessary to know what you've got. Duh.
I) zdrup puts this post into the SPL OP.
J) Meh, changed this. One MEP for the winning WS. The two players in said WS will then decide who gets the MEP.

Judging criteria:

1) Good formatting. I need glasses already, don't post in bright yellow or lime green or something else that's barely legible.
2) Good Battle. I don't want kill after kill after revenge kill. Prediction, excitement, suspense. Drama, conflict, y'know, that stuff. The good stuff.

And that's it. The official A1-approved rules.

You're the one who can't read now. I've already written that you'd be the judge at least 2 days ago... About the scale, shouldn't it start on the worst and go to the best? It's kinda weird to see it reversed xD And yeah, I'll put a link to this post on the OP.
 
@Treadshot, did you ever notice that you apparently can not spell "apparently" correctly?
Also, will it actually be 0/0/0...0. Or was that just what you said for kicks and giggles.

Make sure you check my edit on my original post. It's actually Swords Dance set, not Sub DD set (as Sub DD would require extensive breeding, and I'm not going to punish you into doing that). Swords Dance set calls for Aqua Jet --- which also requires breeding to get --- so instead of Aqua Jet you just get your physical move of choice to replace it.

Technically you're not allowed to refuse a Pokemon someone gives you unless it falls into one of the rules categories on the OP, or you explicitly say on your post which Pokemon you want. Although to be perfectly honest, having a Geodude solo the final Gym Leader of Kanto is just plain nuts; I'd rather have a MEP.

Speaking of MEP, no access to Pachirisu until you get the National Pokedex. But at least when you catch it in the Safari Zone, it will be at least level 40.
 
I managed to grab seven Pokemon off this thread, and my sister obligingly handed me another one, so it's good! I'm starting on the challenge soon, but I can't promise that I'll post updates. I'm really only playing it as a more fun way to finish the game and reach the Desert Underpass. My SS game needs Dittos, you see. :)

Thanks for bringing that up. That chain breeding would be worse than voltorb flip.

@Atheo+Everyone else: I've decided to man up and follow the origanal challenges, meaning voltorb flip (:pirate:) and two attack geodude for me...

Expect adventure posts!
