What is exactly a base stat?
I need assistance breaking through wish-protect pokemon. Any advice? I was considering Taunt, but I have no idea who I would use it on. I was considering Infernape or Crobat. I was also considering using Thunder Wave to increase the pokemon pool I could use.
No, it's not legal. Only male Dream World Torchic's have been released and therefore it's impossible to breed the ability onto the child, I believe.
If you play on Smogon servers, you should tell a moderator on PO so you get a win by forfeit.
For some reason it's still not banned as a combination on PO.

My question, which has probably been asked loads of times here, but when can we expect to get a UU / NU tier established on Smogon?
It's a number used in stat calculations, which is always the same for any member of a particular species. You can see the formulas here.
It's not available in-game, but it's "legal" in the Dream World tier, since female Torchic could be considered an unreleased DW Pokémon.

Is it possible to trade a pre-Generation V Pokemon to a Black or White game before the National Dex? I know that you need the National Dex before you can trade between Gens IV and V, but if I had a Pikachu on my Black, could I trade it to my White before the National Dex was obtained there? Non-DW Ditto will be solid NU, as before. DW Ditto hasn't been tested in the Standard environment, so it's impossible to say for sure, but I'd be very surprised if it isn't OU.
So I restarted my Platinum just for the hell if it and I was using my togetic against a ralts. I used metronome and I got transform and my togetic naturally got all the moves. The thing is, once the battle was over, my togetic kept all the moves. So what the hell, is that supposed to happen, is there anything I can do to fix it, or am I pretty much screwed.
You should ask 4th gen questions in Stark. But yes, you are probably stuck with them. They can probably be overridden like normal moves, however, unless they are HM moves.

You shouldn't use mixed Agility Lucario because it's terrible. Having to spread your EVs between Attack, Special Attack, and Speed means it won't be as effective in sweeping teams.
