Kind of a pointless question I guess, but does Quick Claw give +1 priority to a move, or does it just make the user go first in its priority bracket?

Wuth Lefties, you would be doing 53.1%-62.6% at +1 attack (after DD). With Life Orb, you would do 68.7%-81.6% of Garchomp's HP.
Is there a damage calculator somewhere? Like an Excel program or something?
If you have a normal 6v6 team in 4th Gen and transfer it over to B/W, will there be big effect on battling with the same team from 4th? (e.g. new abilities, moves, hold items)
When you say, "Normal" you mean what exactly? There are lots of changes, and from what I've seen, most people can't take the 4th gen team straight to 5th gen and be just as competitive. I'm not saying you can't win, just that most teams can't make a straight transition (why you would want to, is beyond me though). I'm also just talking about OU. Since UU hasn't really been established, and the Uber tier is likely pretty similar.

Just in the priority bracket. So, a Quick Claw Fire Blast will never outspeed a Prankster Whimsicott using a non-damaging move.

Evolution stones are in White Forest or Black City, depending on your version.
When do the seasons change? Autumn ended already, but it still hasn't changed. Is it based on when you start the game?

Depends on the real-life month (but you can change it by changing your DS clock).

I'm trying to breed a Scraggy with the following moves: Dragon Dance, Drain Punch,Ice Punch. I have Dragon Dance on a few, but I'm stumped as to how to get the other moves on them. If only male moves transfer, how can I get the other moves on them?

Smeargle.

Is there anywhere to get repeated evolution stones in Pokemon White?
I am almost 90% confident that there's a guy somewhere in pre-E4 Unova that gives a stone daily.

I can not remember where he is, though.

edit: My bad, there isn't. Or, at least, the one I was thinking of.
I did get a Water stone out of a Victory Road dust cloud, though. And an actual Water Stone, by the way, not a Water Gem.

I think to get them in White Forest (as random daily show-ups I think) or Black City (as shop items), you need to do entralink stuff, that's what Serebii implies.

I thought he just tells you your highest IV?
Yeah, but that can help to determine the rest of your Pokémon's IV if you're using Serebii's IV Calculator. If you have some Rare Candies, just save and use them get it up a couple of levels and then check it's IVs. Then you just Soft Reset.

Is there away to check your Secret ID in Pokémon White? I've tried deducing it but I didn't get the right ID.

Yes, in Nimbasa City the first time you arrive there.
Thanks! Don't know how I missed that...

SECOND QUESTION: I've really tried to stay spoiler free but I did see something about having to fill your boxes and party in order to capture Zekrom. So, what I need to know is, 1. is the true? And 2. do I need to do this before E4? I've just reached the Pokemon League. If possible, please explain in the least spoilery way you can. Thanks!

I swear this question gets misinterpreted every single god damn time.

In N's Castle, you are REQUIRED to fight Reshiram/Zekrom. If your PC boxes have room or your party has room, you are REQUIRED to capture Reshiram/Zekrom to advance the story. There is no avoiding this. Even if you KO Reshiram/Zekrom, they will instantly respawn.

However, if you COMPLETELY fill up your PC boxes (which requires capturing 720 Pokemon), and you COMPLETELY fill your party (6 more Pokemon), you can KO the dragon and advance the story. Once you beat the game, you can then capture the dragon at Dragonspiral Tower on the very top floor.

You ARE given the chance to leave N's Castle, and you are given the chance to save in front of Reshiram/Zekrom before you fight them.
