Does Scizor get the technician boost on pursuit when the enemy pokemon switches? Pursuit becomes base 80 so I would imagine no. Same for boosted acrobatics.

I'm having a bit of a problem with building a team in UU. Could I get some assistance? I've made a list here of some pokemon I'm considering using in UU, just don't know the best 6 to match up.
Weavile - Expert revenge killer with priority ice and pursuit + speed
Drapion - Sucks up tspikes, lays them, great physical bulk.
Milotic - Great wall, mixed if statused even.
Spiritomb - Great wall and utility movepool (i think)
Zoroark - Good sweeper in UU possibly.
Cofagrigus - Nice physical wall and utility overall.
Electross - Nice attacker.
Heatmor - I like him, how could I even make him work?
Sceptile - I've seen with unburden he has some powerful possiblity to sweep.
Kyurem
Blizzard
Draco Meteor
Outrage
Focus Blast
How should EV/nature this? 4Atk/252SpA/25Spe, Naive?

Is there any record of changing time in BW games (which would identify RNG abusers)?
should i run Return/double edge on azumarill or superpower?
Serebii has the Pamtre Berry listed as one of the items available in the Sparkling Sea (no extra points needed). Is this true? I've been through that area dozens of times and have never gotten it. It also seems unusual to me that the Pamtre Berry would be available in the Dream World when the other berries in its class (Durin, Watmel, etc.) are not.
i personally think hp ice is better to hit dragons and gliscor more reliably. and you have a latios anyways.
I understand the point about dragons, but even a less offensive, leftover-holding Rotom-W is one of Gliscor's biggest nightmares. Since it will become choice-locked, would you consider an HP ice Rotom-W to be an effective dragon counter? Or would that job be better relegated to another mon?
