Not bottom tier because of the Sheer Cold immunity and the offensive threats are good but like it's Ice. It's still low tier and its Wonder Guards are really bad, possibly the worst out of all the types.
Offense

Black and White Kyurem are the two strongest attackers that Ice has. Black Kyurem is especially useful as it can go with Huge Power or Refrigerate better. Lapras is the main user of Prankster and Imposter on the team. Articuno is the team's natural defense from No Guard, as it is immune to all of its attacks and has Magic Bounce to stop No Guard users from using Sing or Gastro Acid on it. It can also be a Wonder Guard of its own to tank Fighting-type attacks. Even though Articuno walls No Guard, the team still wants one or more Wonder Guards to take care of its bad matchups. Walrein is a Wonder Guard that tanks Fire- and Steel-type attacks. Alolan Sandslash can be used as a Huge Power for its Sunsteel Strike STAB, or it can be used as a Wonder Guard to tank Rock- and Steel-type attacks. When paired with Articuno and Walrein, the three form a perfect standard defensive core, and even though they don't have a Moongeist Beam resist, they have two Pokemon that are neutral to Sunsteel Strike and one Photon Geyser resist. Weavile is the team's No Guard and also the second best Huge Power, and it can also function as an Innards Out user, though it is rather poor at this role.
Balance

Black and White Kyurem are still the two strongest attackers on Ice. Lapras is, again, the main user of Prankster/Imposter. Avalugg is a new face, sporting Fur Coat to counter Huge Powers. Articuno is very, very important with Magic Bounce to stop No Guard or just be a Wonder Guard on balance. Walrein and Alolan Sandslash retain their old roles, though Alolan Sandslash now prefers Wonder Guard as it is neutral to Stealth Rock, so it is the primary Defogger on Ice. Weavile resumes its role as a No Guard user or a Huge Power user.

High tier type, can fix all of its problems really easily, a ton of great mons including MMX, not top tier because it's not as good as the other top tier types.
Offense

Mega Mewtwo X is the best Pokemon on Fighting. It can run almost any set with Huge Power, Shadow Tag, and Innards Out, just to name a few. Hariyama is the main Innards Out as it has very high HP and low defenses. It also has a high Attack stat, meaning it can use Close Combat to not be passive and lower its defenses at the same time. It is also the Imposter of Fighting. Pheromosa is the fastest Pokemon available, and plays the No Guard role very well. It may also run Huge Power if it wants to, with a STAB First Impression and U-turn. However, Mega Lopunny is the best No Guard due to its immunity to Ghost and resistance to Bug. This allows it to pivot on U-turns and Moongeist Beam very easily. Mega Lucario is the best Wonder Guard on Fighting, with a neutrality to every Fighting-type weakness. It is best paired with Wonder Guard Keldeo, as Keldeo is the fastest Pokemon to not be weak to Fire, Fighting, Ground, Ghost, or Ice.
Balance

Buzzwole is the team's Fur Coat user, aiming to stop opposing Huge Power. All of the aforementioned Pokemon play their usual roles, however Pheromosa can now be a Comatose user. In addition, Cobalion has replaced Mega Lucario due to higher bulk. There isn't much to comment on here.

Poison can surely work its way around the Ground weakness with its Wonder Guards, and its offensive mons are good too. It gets Mega Gengar, which is really big. I'd call it high tier but only by a slim margin, because it carries some truly fantastic mons.
Offense

Mega Venusaur is a great Prankster user with an immunity to Spore. This allows it to use Spore as much as it wants with no fear of Magic Bounce. Surprisingly, Mega Beedrill is the best Pokemon on Poison. As a Wonder Guard, it carries a neutrality to Ground, allowing it to take Thousand Arrows, and it is also incredibly fast. This allows Mega Beedrill to serve as the best Huge Power and No Guard as well. Mega Gengar takes a close second, being the best offensive Pokemon on Poison. We all know what Mega Gengar does though. Nihilego serves as the main Innards Out user. It has high HP and Special Defense, but very low Defense. It also has good Speed, allowing a traditional set as well as a suicide lead set. Alolan Muk is a great Wonder Guard. When paired with Mega Beedrill, they perfectly cover all attacks except for Sunsteel Strike.
Balance

A new face is Toxapex, who is a viable Prankster user. Although it faces heavy competition from Mega Venusaur, Toxapex has a Sunsteel Strike resist, allowing it to create perfect synergy between Mega Beedrill and Alolan Muk. In addition, regular Gengar may be used with Illusion. It can then transform into Mega Gengar using Shadow Tag, and eliminate the opponent with Perish Song. Every other Pokemon retains its natural role. Drapion may also be used over Alolan Muk, if so desired. Also, the usage of Wonder Guard Mega Beedrill is mandatory on these teams.

Mid tier and not high tier because Ground struggles with No Guard way too much. However it's got some great mons in there that really make Ground a usable type.
Offense

Primal Groudon is the main Wonder Guard, with only two weaknesses. He can also run Magic Guard or Mold Breaker sets, as he can definitely go both ways. Zygarde Complete Forme is the best Prankster for Ground, and can also run other sets such as Magic Bounce or Innards Out. Mamoswine provides a powerful wallbreaker with Huge Power or Mold Breaker that is also immune to Sheer Cold. Mega Swampert can be paired with Wonder Guard Primal Groudon and have perfect standard synergy, though they are missing a Photon Geyser and Moongeist Beam resist. Excadrill can fulfill this, or it can be a Huge Power with a Sunsteel Strike STAB. Dugtrio is the fastest Ground-type so it's the No Guard.
Balance

Mega Steelix is the type's main Fur Coat user, able to sponge nearly every physical attack. It also resists Photon Geyser. The rest of the Pokemon comprise their usual roles. Not much to talk about here.

Mid tier type, the main problem is its weakness to rocks but it can get around that. The Ice weakness isn't even a big deal because Articuno covers for it. Sadly its defensive threats suck keeping it out of high tier.
Offense

Mega Rayquaza is the best attacker on Flying. It is the best user of Aerilate in the whole game, and is a good Huge Power user as well, although its speed tier is a little lacking. Celesteela is a viable Wonder Guard that also resists Stealth Rock, meaning it will be the main Defog user. Yveltal is the main Prankster user, having an immunity to Prankster itself. Mega Aerodactyl is the main No Guard user. Though it is slower than Ninjask, it does not carry a 4x weakness to Stealth Rock, and has much higher bulk. It can also OHKO Articuno with Diamond Storm. Articuno is what holds the whole team together, as it is completely immune to Sheer Cold. This means that you only need one Wonder Guard, or maybe even none at all if your team is offensive enough. Drifblim is the main Innards Out user, as it has one of the highest HP stats in the game along with pitiful defenses. Ninjask is another No Guard if you would like something faster than base 150s.
Balance

Ninjask is noticeably not on Balance. This is because it is much too frail to work on Balance, and its 4x weakness to Stealth Rock doesn't help. For these reasons, Mega Aerodactyl is the primary No Guard. Articuno is absolutely mandatory on Balance unlike Offense, because momentum is much less of a deal. Landorus has also joined to form a near-perfect Wonder Guard core with Celesteela, only missing out on a Moongeist Beam resist. The rest of the Pokemon perform their usual roles.

Top tier, no questions asked. Even if its defensive threats were horrible its offensive threats are beyond broken and you can just spam them until you win. Its defensive threats are also great too, to add to that pile.
Offense

Ultra Necrozma isn't actually the main attacker but it can be used with Ultranecrozium Z to gain a free Light That Burns The Sky. Hoopa Unbound Forme is used either as a Wonder Guard. a Huge Power, or a Prankster. As a Wonder Guard it has a neutrality to both Ghost and Dark, and as a Huge Power it has a massive 160 Attack and also a giant 170 Special Attack, so it can run mixed sets with Moongeist Beam. Just make sure that its Attack is higher than its Special Attack. Lunala is a great Choice Scarf user, being usable with all sorts of abilities from No Guard to Innards Out to Parental Bond. Mega Metagross is the primary Harvest user, with a STAB Searing Sunraze Smash and a STAB Light That Burns The Sky. Mega Mewtwo X is, of course, the best attacker on Psychic for obvious reasons. Deoxys-Attack is an excellent Psychic Surge setter with its massive offensive stats and Speed. Deoxys-Speed fills the roles of No Guard and Mold Breaker with hazards. Mega Mewtwo Y is the best special attacker in the game, and similar to Lunala can run nearly all abilities successfully. Mega Gardevoir is used for its Fairy STAB to take down Dark-types, but it can also be used as a Wonder Guard over Hoopa Unbound Forme, trading a Ghost neutrality for a Bug neutrality. Mega Alakazam is another great speedy Pokemon which fills similar roles to Deoxys-Attack.
Balance

The glass cannons have been taken out of Balance and the sturdier Pokemon have entered Balance. Cresselia and Mega Slowbro are notable for completely walling Huge Power with Fur Coat. You may choose between them if you would like either more Defense with Mega Slowbro or more Special Defense with Cresselia. You can also use Wonder Guard on both of these, though Wonder Guard Mega Slowbro is more difficult to support on Psychic. Meloetta is used as a Moongeist Beam immunity, which is incredibly helpful on Psychic. Mega Gardevoir is still a very viable Wonder Guard, notable for its resistance to Bug. The rest of the Pokemon perform their standard roles.
Will be continued in Part 3!
