Post new creative movesets/EV spreads here:

You realize, of course, that that could work? I've tweaked the EVs slightly, and added natures. With my slight changes, Seaking would achieve 546 Attack and 470 Speed, outspeeding neutral nature Deoxys-S. So much for the sarcasm factor, eh?

lol.

I should try that on my new shoddy team

Electrode@Liechi Berry
Hasty
6 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Thunderbolt
HP Ground
Substitute
Explosion

Works wonderful for me with hes speed it can outspeed even after 1 DD and 1 Agility from Metagross and you begin always to sub is best t.ex you meet a Gyarados you sub he switch to Electivire easly think you gonna do TB but you have HP ground thatrs why im put in so he can cover Heatran and Magnezone and them. And liechi berry for finnish your job with Explosion dont do Explosion before Sub is broken they maybe switch in a Ghost look out for the gengar is 2 Ohko with TP and you have more than 50% change to 2 Ohko Electivire with HP ground

Damage: 143 - 169 Damage: 48.97% - 57.88% (Electivire) Neutrally
Damage: 216 - 254 Damage: 66.67% - 78.40% (Heatran) Neutrally
Damage: 247 - 290 Damage: 76.23% - 89.51% (Magnezone) Neutrally 172 Evs in HP

Maybe this Electrode can be somthing?

Here's one I used in Shoddy for a while.

Wailord @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Water Spout
- Explosion

Ability : Water Veil
Nature : Bold

252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 SP.DEF

In my opinion, this is my favorite Wailord. I'm not sure if anyone else thought of it though. Explosion has more than enough power to take out
a Blissey or a Skarmory. Water Spout is to semi-sweep other Pokemon such as Weaville and Garchomp. Since it's a Water-Wall, it can handle most OU.
Rest when HP is down and Lum Berry will cure it for another round of Water Spouts! Ice beam is for those Pesky dragons with their Dragon Dances.

3rd-gen use only

Yanma @ Peteya Berry
Timid 252 sp.atk/speed 6 hp
Compound Eyes (Better than speed boost since it powers up endure/hypnosis)
Endure
Hypnosis
Giga Drain
Dream Eater

Base 95 speed is pretty fast. Endure-berry to increase sp.atk, then i hypnosis. It has 78% accuracy, keep in mind this is better than sleep powder. If i mis predict compound eyes could hopefully come in and let me endure again. Then i sweep with my two recovery moves.

Any more opinons?

I've been running this for a while, and it's actually worked quite well.

Jirachi@leftovers
Relaxed
236 HP / 112 Def / 160 SpDef
Serene Grace
-Wish
-U Turn
-Zen Headbutt
-Skill Swap

The EV's are something I'm working on, right now it's just general balanced defenses for testing purposes, I'll make a set EV spread in a while once I finish working with the moveset. Skill Swap is actually a great move. Wishing Jirachi's really don't get to benefeit from Serene Grace that much, and lets face it, even with 100/100/100 defenses, Jirachi's still not the bulkiest thing around. Skill Swap can help change that. Skill Swapping Levitate, Intimidate, Flash Fire, Trace, and quite a few other abilitys will aid to Jirachi's survival and usfulness. Plus, not everything enjoys Serene Grace. Hell, even though you can't use it, catching Breloom on the switch and removing it's poison heal makes me laugh every time it happens.

Who switches Breloom into a Jiracih ??

Also Wailord doesn't get Explosion, it gets SelfDestruct.

Also if I was using Charizard, I'd be more worried about Starmie.

Meh figured I'd post my legendary Kingdra set:

"The Sharpshooter" <-- was his nickname
Role: Late Game Cleaner

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
Nature: Rash
EVs: 160 Attack / 96 Speed / 252 Special Attack
*Surf
*Draco Meteor
*Waterfall
*Rain Dance

Simple, very similar to the analysis set, but I've swept whole teams with this thing.

For starters, the EV spread and nature are focused on special attack rather than attack, because it hits harder. Plain and simple. Most pokemon neglect their special defence, and it will feed of the higher base power of Surf. I personally use rash because most priority moves are physical but Mild will work too. 96 speed EVs grants 230 speed, which is 460 in the rain and enough to outrun Scarfchomp, who will try to revenge kill you. These EVs give 266 Attack, and 317 special attack.

Bring this in on some fire pokemon (scarftran is the BEST candidate), and rain dance as they run and sweep. Surf is your primary sweeping move, and hits so hard. A good 70% of the metagame is OHKOed. It's so powerful, that even things like Dusknoir and Jirachi will try to switch in and get 2HKOed.

Draco Meteor is neglected in the Kingdra analysis and I feel Kingdra is a great user of it. Draco Meteor with Life Orb is just sex, and will OHKO grass and waters that are NOT bulky. Starmie, Breloom, Tangrowth, etc. are OHKOed. Mighty bulky Gyarados... takes 70%... OUCH. In fact, you can use it to 2HKO most waters, with the exception of Vaporeon and Milotic, who will stall you out, and Empoleon, who always walls Kingdra. To give you an idea of Draco Meteor's power.... Garchomp, Salamence, and Dragonite are ALL OHKOed on the 2nd Draco Meteor provided you give some Stealth Rock support (Garchomp still has a small chance of surviving, it does about 92-95% I believe).

The beauty of Draco Meteor... it doesn't lower physical attack. So after you get over the "hump" you can still sweep well with rain, life-orb boosted waterfalls. They are still powerful and will still take care of weaker foes. They also do quite a number on Snorlax and Regice, who will wall the surf.

Counters: This Kingdra absolutely rips through the lategame. Only a few problem pokemon can stop this..

Empoleon, Vaporeon, Celebi, Milotic, CM Suicune, Blissey*, Meganium, and T-Wave Cress are all problematic from experiece.

*Note: Even the Kingdra from the analysis won't beat Blissey. If you don't flinch her, she can T-wave you and stop your sweep.*

No opinions? Try pairing this thing with the Bronzong above... 7 turns of dancing pwnage.

Wingull @ Choice Specs
Ability: Keen Eye
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Speed / 6 HP
Brine
Shock Wave
Ice Beam
Air Slash

Takes advantage of Wingull having more speed than Pelipper. And speaking of Pelipper....

Pelipper @ Wise Glasses
Ability: Keen Eye
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 250 Speed / 8 Defense
Agility
Surf
Ice Beam
Air Slash

Agilipper. Need I say more?

Torterra@ Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
Modest Nature
212 HP / 252 SpAtk / 44 Def
- Grass Knot
- Substitute
- Hidden Power Fire
- Leech Seed

HP Fire OHKOs Forretress, 2HKOs Skarm with SR down. Grass Knot 2HKOs all Max HP Tyranitar besides those who have max SpDef . Leech Seed to force switches and regain life. Sub blocks status. EVs give it 384 HP for max Lefties recovery.

I was thinking about a MixTile, a mixed Sceptile, don't know if it'll work but...
Sceptile @Life Orb/Expert Belt
Naughty(coz Sceptille's atk needs more power than its sp atk)
129 sp atk 129 atk 252 speed
Brick Break
Night Slash/Pursuit
Energy Ball
Dragon Pulse/Hp Ice

Again don't know if it'll work

Same for this....

Charizard(MixZard) @Life Orb
Naughty/Hasty/Rash
129 sp atk 129 atk 252 speed
Fire Fang/Flare Blitz
Air Slash
Dragon Pulse/Dragon Claw/Outrage
Focus Blast

Butterfree @ Focus Sash
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid
-Sleep Powder
-Tailwind
-U-Turn
-Bug Buzz/HP Electric

Basically your standard Double Status Butterfree but with a sash and Tailwind in place of Stun Spore. You should be able to switch in and aid your team on multiple occasions.
Bug Buzz for stab, and HP Electric for Gyaras that switch before going to sleep.

Deoxys-E @ Leftovers/ Lum Berry
Impish (+Def, -SpA): 252 HP/ 218 Def/ 40 Spe
-Cosmic Power
-Recover
-Taunt/ Substitute
-Knock Off/ Thunder Wave

I present to you... a defensive Deoxys-E. Most people overlook the fact that 50/90/90 defences arent THAT bad, theyre just average. Cosmic Power easily makes up for that. Being able to boost defences before almost anything can hit and esily recover off the damage is very nice. Substitute can be used on the switch to block status, or taunt can be used to prevent status moves from being used. Knock Off and thunderwave are just for extra support, but can be substituted for other support moves like light screen or reflect. I have tested this, and it can survive pursuits from Tyranitar, Weavile, and Metagross and use recover/cosmic power to deal with the damage.

It really needs some outside support to do a lot of damge (toxic spikes is absolutely perfect. Leftovesr is the prefered choice here, but Lum Berry can be used if you aren't going to use substitute.

The EVs here allow for 406 speed, enough to outspeed 405ers, and more specifically, Choice Scarf Heracross and Agiligross.

Please don't disregard this as a gimmick. It needs a few more adjustments, but I feel that a defensive deoxys can be completely viable.

Focus Blast

I run a mixtile with
-Leaf Storm
-Dragon Pulse/Thunderpunch
-HP Fire/HP Ice
-Night Slash/Leafblade

It works surprisingly well.

Electrode-Sash
Naive
190 Atk 100 Sp Atk 220 Spd
Hp Ice
Explosion
Mirror Coat
T-Bolt

220 Spd to reach 408 spd for safe measures. Ev's in SpAtk will allow 100% OHKO on standard bulkydos. Rest in attack for Explosion. Hp Ice might be kinda redundant because it only damages the dragons for less than 50%.

Opinions?

Along with Deoxys-S coming to OU in shoddy, this set becomes a frightening and powerful option.

Metagross@choice band
Adamant
252 atk, 200 spd, 56 sp. def
-Earthquake
-Pursuit
-Thunderpunch
-Bullet Punch

Earthquake for a reliable move, Pursuit destroys Gengar, Cresselia, Azelf, and Deoxys S. Bullet Punch for Abomasnow, Weavile, and general revenge killing. Thunderpunch is to OHKO gyarados and is practical because he outspeeds and isn't effected by Intimidate. The special defense ev's allow him to have a better chance at withstanding Azelf's unboosted life orb flamethrower while outspeeding gyarados. It surprises people on Shoddy with a KO a lot.

Electrode-Sash
Naive
190 Atk 100 Sp Atk 220 Spd

Why HP Ice? It does so little, I would use HP fighting for Weavile, but I guess HP Ice works too. It would seem to work well, but sadly Electrode is too fragile to survive in OU.

HP Ice just adds coverage.

The problem with the Cosmic Power Deoxys-S Lawman is it's almost entirely screwed by Taunt. Not only that, but Seismic Toss Blissey will just shut down that strategy. Try something over Taunt and Substitute... even if it's something stupid like Psycho Boost.

Yea, thats what had worried me. Perhaps it should just take advantage of seismic toss itself?

...Or super power, so blissey doesn't completly screw you over. But yeah, it does negate one defence boost, so maybe focus punch with seismic toss, but it makes switching difficult

Still looking for some replies.

Butterfree @ Focus Sash
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

The only problem is that Tailwind only lasts two turns after the turn it's used. So after you switch/U-turn out, you only have one turn of doubled Speed remaining for the next Pokémon. It's really more of a Doubles move.

Toxicroak @ Focus Sash
Sword Dance
Sucker Punch
X-Scissor
Cross Chop

X-Scissors for taking out defensive psychic types that is likely not going to attack. Focus Sash guarentees to get 1 SD in. Dry Skin can heal Stealth Rock damages in a turn or two. STAB Cross Chop can take a lot after Sword Dance, killing Steel walls. Sucker Punch can be used to take out fast Ghosts and Psychics such as Espeon or Rotom or Froslass. This thing is not that slow in UU, and with Sucker Punch help to take Scarfers, it's good!
