only the time,and oh yeah if your timer says to set your clock 1 or 2 min before your target time you should do that

Yep that works too lol all you need is your timer and go hit your delay,you also want update the timer untill your like say 5 off your target delay then u just try and try till you hit you delay
yeah thats best,and try going in places that have one pokemon there to manke it easier
am not sure thats the one i use,and if your just starting out its better to use a frame of 3 to get the feel of it first cause you don't have to advance ay frames :)
