Because Dynamax is coded to only work in gen 8, and because !dynamax clause and allow dynamax are the exact sameWhy doesn't !Dynamax Clause allow for dynamax in prior gens (More importantly: Is there a reason why "Allow Dynamax" isn't a clause)?

Depends on what you need really. If you need to report another user typeWhere do I,go,to submit stuff to mods/admins?
/report
in any chat on the simulator. Appeals are also handled on the simulator through /appeal
. There is an exception to that though, global bans and permalocks are appealed here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/discipline-appeal-rules.3583479/. If you need anything else that requires a driver or moderator, feel free to browse through the ticket types avaliable in the ticket form (/ht
), there is an "Other" ticket for other things in general.NVM it's works again. So I am unable to start a game in showdown and it says I've been banned due to having the ip address of another username that isn't me. Idk wut to do.
Hey need help, my screen its frozen, ive already erased cookies and its still the same
I might be re-summoning a zombie horse that has been beaten to death for eons already but:
I've been locked from chatting recently for a few days and I totally deserve it, because I was an idiot with an inappropriate attempt at humor and being insensitive where there are multiple ages and kinds of people in showdown chat rooms.
My question is why is PM'ing not allowed while laddering/touring is, while locked?
I'm being 110% honest that my motivation for PM'ing while locked is that I like to try and help someone if they ask some question in a chat & I know how to help them well. I'd help them through a PM if I could.
Perhaps PM'ing could be allowed while you're locked, but if you're reported for inappropriateness or worse in a PM (a 2nd infraction), then your overall punishment could then be made significantly worse.
But I could be missing something here.
Thanks for any reply
hi, what do these 2 mean?
- Because moderated chat is set, your account must be at least one week old and you must have won at least one ladder game to speak in this room.
- Due to spam from your internet provider, you can't speak except to staff. Logging into an account you've used a lot in the past will allow you to chat.
Sound moves bypass Substitute since Gen 6This was the most recent match I played and I don't understand why I lost. It comes down to my opponent having a Sylveon and 2 other pokemon vs. just my darkrai. Sylveon boosts with Calm Mind and I don't have a real way to stop them so before my Cacturn dies I decide to set up Spikes for the switch ins since I have Sticky Web and Stealth Rock already set up. I allow Sylveon to kill my Cacturne to have a clean switch in so I can use Dark Void and slow kill with Bad Dreams. Sylveon has short sleeps but Bad dreams is doing what it can and I'm just hoping for a crit and a long sleep and I'm sure I'll win. I go into Substitute and I feel safe that I can draw out the match until Sylveon runs out of wishes. Then boom one Hyper Voice goes off and through my substitute I die. Sylveon only has 2 ability possibilities and it's Cute Charm and Pixilate and I'm sure they had Pixilate. But, Hyper Voice has no additional effects and neither of those move should have infiltrated a Substitute. Is there a rule in Gen 6 I don't know about since I never played this Gen? Here is a video of the battle, each Gen (except 2 cause I didn't like the strat) I play until I get to 1400 and go to the next Gen because I never played past Gen 4 or competitively as the games first came out. That was an absolute first for me and I've played a lot of Gen 6 battles.

Pokemon Showdown is a Pokemon simulator that simulates what's possible in the games. Since Heal Bell Dragonite can be transferred to gen8, Dragonite will have access. PS does not remove moves from movesets.Dragonite with Heal Bell
Heal bell is a normal move that could be associated with "cute" pokemon like manaphy, evee fam, most fairies, etc.
The only instance of heal bell Dragonite is from the game "Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness" Shadow Pokemon event.
I'd argue this is not cannon and should not be part of the competitive landscape. I get that this does not make Dragonite OP and should be banned, but it is illogical and makes for annoying roost, heal bell set that can stall other mons in the tier.
Just my 2 cents
The endless battle clause exists only to prevent battles that are really truly endless, and that would not ever end without intervention. Stalling out your opponent's resources is still a perfectly valid strategy. In your case, the burn damage would slowly but surely bring the battle to an end, and in the absence of burn specifically, stuff like hazards and PP can force a battle to come to an end.Hello ! Is this count like Endless Battle if someone switch everytime between 2 pokemons with Regenerator against 2 pokemon burned ? (I just did 276 turns against the guy with 2 Regenerator)
These abilities do exist and are functioning properly, maybe your expecting it to give a stat boost like swords dance? If so, these abilities do affect your stat stages, instead it just applies the affect when you use a move of the appropriate affect silently.Good afternoon, in the "Showdown Pokemon" battle simulator, the Regidrago \ Ragieleki Pokémon do not have their Dragon's Maw \ Transistor abilities, as I understand they should increase the attack statistics x1.5 when using dragon \ electr types of attacks, or I misunderstood something ?

Can you give me a screenshot of your calculations including the various settings?I'm sorry, but I still can't understand, in "showdown pokemon" the buff is not displayed as an effect, but it does not do more damage after using a dragon-type attack as it should if the "Pokémon Damage Calculator" gives completely different damage as a basis
