Today I just realized that there is Evasion Clause ain't implemented in Pokemon Online yet. Blissey gets Minimize which now increases evasion by +2 levels. So I threw together a set that takes advantage of this.
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure/Healing Heart
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 52 SDef / 4 SpA
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish/Softboiled
- Toxic/Thunder Wave
- Minimize
- Ice Beam/HP Ground/Shadow Ball
Lots of choices with this set, although I personally use the first moves that are listed. Wish got a buff this generation, healing half of Blissey's HP instead of half of the Pokemon's HP. This means that Blissey can give a 375 HP boost, which is more than 100% HP for most pokemon. Of course, it is hard to get pokemon with low HP in with all the entry hazards, so you could use Softboiled instead to heal in one turn, over waiting and possibly dying. If you do use Softboiled, you could go with Healing Heart to get an equivalent of heal bell every few turns (not sure how this works).
Toxic or Thunder Wave cripple the opponent, but I prefer Toxic because it can actually do damage.
Minimze is extremely annoying, and has caused many ragequits because people think there is an evasion clause (like I did when someone baton passed +6 evasion to a dragonite with a smeargle). Kojondo and Blaziken will think twice before using Hi Jump Kick, because there is a 50% chance that they could miss and KO themselves. Plus when you get to +6 evasion, pretty much nothing can hit you.
The last slot is for doing damage. I personally use Ice Beam because it hits more things. HP Ground hits Shandera for SE damage, but in my experience, everything either is a flying type or has levitate, not to mention the new balloon item. Shadow Ball also SEs Shandera, but Ice Beam is better overall.
