Goku: -Dragon Hammer, +Dragon Rush +Dragon Fist (Dragon type Meteor Mash)
Dragon Hammer’s description is that the user uses its body like a hammer. Dragon Rush is much worse, but it’s more accurate in terms of something Goku would do, and Dragon Fist is actually something Goku does. Vegeta: +Dragon Rush
This is for the same reason as giving it to Goku. It’s there because Vegeta can tackle while exuding menace. Vegeta: SSB stat spread should be 80/115/115/135/105/120 (+40 Def, +20 SpA, +30 SpD, +10 Spe). I did my math wrong the first time, so it's fixed by this spread.
Goku: Gokunite O (O for Oozaru) would be introduced to make Goku into Goku (SS4).

Credit to Yung Dramps for helping with the thought process through these forms. Both of these are physically biased forms for the Saiyans, turning Goku into a fast physical attacker and Vegeta into a relatively quick tank. With Oozaru forms being proposed, these were sort of the next logical step.
TAMA - Ability Revision Proposal Bubble Beam and Bubble have the effectiveness of Flying type moves under Stray Cat.
Stray Cat is basically Wind powers. This includes its bubbles. Note that these moves still deal 2-3x damage, not 4-9x.
This has (probably) gone on long enough, so (unless anyone has any objections) submissions for revisions will end when submissions in the new thread do, (aka tomorrow.)

Aurora Veil isn't really all that justified (it's not like the Smolitzer has shields or anything), and I'm... not really sure how I missed Sing? I mean, she never really does it on-screen, but it's clear that even this version of Nozomi is supposed to be a singer. Maybe I left it out for seeming useless at the time...? Probably not good to underestimate even a 55% sleep chance.

I'm not fully sure what I was doing with her stats. Given how helpless she usually is in the SiIvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis, she probably shouldn't be having higher BST than Raichu. Not sure how much to lower her stats, since she isn't nearly as helpless outside the SiIvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis.
(As a note: She had 100/50/100/160/100/100 [610] stats in a short Pokémon FireRed ROM Hack that ended the Reboot ARG. However, this kind of extremely doesn't make sense with how she's portrayed in every other situation, so...

The Red Stone of Aja isn't just the "rock of give Kars ultimate power", its power is supposed to be to amplify light.
yeah i get it's the king for a day winner and beat dedede but i still wasn't entirely sure about its stats? idk if i'll actually vote yes on this one though

Sing should have been obvious, Counter is because of the baguette incident.
Being able to Encore + Disable + Torment as quickly as he can currently is a no. Removing Protect may sound strange, but it allows him to easily circumvent one of the few flaws of his ability currently, which is that you can't Disable a Pokémon that hasn't moved. If you need a flavor justification... uh, he'd probably try to use a drawing to block an attack (like he did against Josuke) and fail because it's a piece of paper.

(My reasoning for this: Rohan is able to affect N’Doul in Eyes of Heaven with his Heaven’s Door, despite being blind. In a competitive game, limiting such an ability to be useless against certain targets despite being canonically accurate creates an uneven playing field.
