Notable Moves: Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Drain Punch, Focus Punch, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Shadow Sneak, Mach Punch, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Fake Out, Vacuum Wave
Role Description: It has decent-ish bulk, but it really isn't anything to write home about. There really isn't a reason to use base Sablechan - the magic comes from its mega

Offspring Name: Mega Sablechan
New Typing: Fighting / Ghost
New Base Stats: 65 / 115 / 142 / 85 / 152 / 48 (BST 607)

Notable Moves: Recover, Will-o-Wisp, Drain Punch, Focus Punch, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Shadow Sneak, Mach Punch, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Fake Out, Vacuum Wave
Role Description: Now Sablechan has actual bulk with ridiculous 142 and 152 defenses - which are slightly held back by its HP, but keep in mind that this thing is much bulkier than Mega Sableye. Mega Sablechan now has a really decent 115 attack while having a usable 85 SpA for CM sets, and it still has the same movepool that Mega Sableye has. It's typing brings good and bad things about it - it now resists Rock moves, but it still has weakness to Flying- and Fairy-type moves. Overall a cute mon

252+ Atk Life Orb Huge Power Abomasnow Last Resort vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Slowbro: 200-238 (50.7 - 60.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
That's a lot of damage, and at four times attack? You're so Done. Well, unless you're a rock or steel type ;~;

Offspring name: Rotocruel-M
New type: Water / Poison
New base stats: 70 / 67 / 100 / 105 / 114 / 100 (+5 HP, +14 Def, +13 SpA, +1 SpD, +7 Spe)
New ability and desc: Toxic Soil (Levitate + Liquid Ooze) - If the opponent uses a Ground-type move on this Pokemon, the opponent receives half of the damage this Pokemon should receive; immunity to Ground-type.
Notable moves: Scald, Hydro Pump, Sludge Bomb, Leaf Storm, Volt Switch, Will-O-Wisp, Rapid Spin, Shadow Ball, Hex, Toxic Spikes, Knock Off, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Giga Drain
Role identification: A special sweeper with very good typing and ability or a support/annoyer mon, that can set Toxic Spikes, spin away hazards on your side of the field, spread status with Scald or WOW and switch away with Volt Switch. Very versatile and powerful.
Apologies, Rotom-Mow does not have a Water or Poison typing. Did you mean Grass/Poison, Water/Electric, Grass/Water, or Poison/Electric perhaps?

This already won.
Sorry, I didn't see it all the way back on page 2 of the search results. (Maybe it used the old style of fusion, with different abilities?) In that case, I'll have to make do with this:

Parents: Mienshao / Sawk
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Miensawk
New type: Fighting
New base stats: 85 / 140 / 82 / 77 / 82 / 105
New ability and desc: Inner Focus
Notable moves: Close Combat, Earthquake, Fake Out, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch, Knock Off, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Taunt, U-turn, Zen Headbutt

Parents: Azumarill - Dragonite
Shared Egg Group: Water 1
Offspring Name: Azumanite
New Typing:

New Base Stats: 105/102/97/90/100/75
New Ability and Desc: Inner Power(Inner Focus+Huge Power): This Pokémon attack is doubled and it can't flinch
Notable Moves: Waterfall, Aqua Jet, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, Extreme Speed, Fire Punch, Earthquake, Iron Head, Thunder punch, Ice Punch, Superpower, Knock Off, Play Rough, Belly Drum, Dragon Dance, Tailwind(!), Defog, Haze, Substitute, Roost, Toxic, Thunder Wave.
Role Indentification: Belly Drum, Tail Wind, Great typing, Great bulk for an offensive mon and a ability that turns 333 atk into 666(LOOMINATY CONFIRMED)atk turns Azumanite into a scary Belly Drum sweeper. It can run the classic Bellyjet set with improved attacking stats and better movepool, Azumanite also has Agility and Tailwind on its arsenal, making it scary as hell after Belly Drum, and remember the days of Mega-Venusaur being a counter to Azumanite? Well they are gone: +6 252+ Atk Inner Power Azumanite Dragon Claw vs. 252 HP / 248+ Def Mega Venusaur: 604-712 (165.9 - 195.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO(Take that Venu!). You can also run an Assault Vest set with you want a more bulky attacker, it gets so damn viable with the improved HP and SP Def. btw. Bulky Dragon Dance can also be used with Roost and STABs. Although weird, the support set can be a option too as Azumanite has access to a lot of support moves like Heal Bell, Defog, Perish Song, Haze, Tailwind and Thunder Wave, it also has reliable recovery in the form of Roost.
Way too broken.

I agree with Swagodile here, that is way too broken. Perhaps an idea to do it like this, that whenever the pokemon is flinched, it's atk go up 2 stages. That way it's less broken, but still viable.

Do it like I did back in my first sub = Its atk is doubled if flinches. And make it Dragon/Fairy to sell home the act that its defensive utility IS viable. Sorry for double posting, but tags can't be edited in. spartan Malice its done, I fixed Jellitom

That Dragonite + Azumarill is not getting anywhere in the voting stage. Sure Fusion Evolution may be home to tons of Brokemons, but keep in mind said Brokemons are all megas and you are still limited to one mega stone per team. For a regular Fusion it really doesn't need to be pointed out how broken a mon can be when you can just use your judgment.("Would giving huge power to a Pokemon with a wide movepool, access to double priority including Extreme Speed and Aqua Jet - one of which is stab, recovery, belly drum, Dragon dance with nice bulk be broken - goes without saying it is :/)

Notable moves: Nasty Plot, Chatter, Earth Power, Sludge Wave, Substitute, Psychic, Boomburst, Superpower, Knock Off, Heat Wave
Role identification: Welcome To Hell, First Stop, Torture Room. Chatorus is Probably pretty broken due to it's High Special Attack and the fact that it can Abuse Chatter AND boomburst, The most powerful special move in the game. Oh, and Look at that it can abuse sandstorm also. wow. But Seriously with Earth Power, Chatter, Boomburst and Nasty Plot, You have an amazing sweeper/Wallbreaker that can abuse confusion hax like a boss with Chatter, as well as nuke everything with boomburst and get coverage in Earth Power. Also Nasty Plot. Nasty Plot Boomburst. Oh But Wait, You Get Walled By Blissey And Chansey, Right? WRONG. You have coverage in superpower to completely demolish Them.

Good Thing it has lowish defenses so that offense teams don't get demolished by it and espeed should kill it....

But RIP gg Stall.

Now there are THREE electric/Water hover mons. But Jellitom is the best, cuz FUK FERRO OVERHEAT! And Shoutout to CorruptedFlame for that wicked sand abuser.

Well anyways, here is my last fusion
for this round.

DNA Donors : Aggron and Hoopa
Offspring : Aggroopa
Stats : 75/117/140/108/105/60 (+7 Atk, +20 Def, +3 SpA, +10 SpD)
New Typing : Ghost/Steel
New Ability and Desc : (Rock Head + Magician)= Houdini Head: All of this Pokemon's recoil moves operate as Knock Off normally would.
Notable Moves : Head Smash, Double-Edge, Gunk Shot, Shadow Ball, Iron Head, Elemental Punches, Ice Beam, Rock Polish, Automize, Rest, Thunder Wave, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Knock Off, Flash Cannon, Stealth Rock, Roar, Dragon Tail, Heavy Slam
Role Description : A mixed tank with an ability that seems broken... until you realise its only recoil moves are Double-Edge (poor coverage) and Head Smash (decent coverage, but inaccurate and causes SEVERE recoil). Besides, this Pokemon's primary function is to be a mixed tank. It does this a whole lot better, if it megas...

DNA Donors *Mega
Offspring : Mega Aggroopa
Typing : Ghost/Steel
Ability : Filter
Stats : 75/147/190/108/125/60
Notable Moves : All of the above.
Role Description : A really great tank with A LOT of coverage on both sides plus great defensive typing AND ability. And lets not forget that solid 75/190/125 bulk! Simply outstanding! Its lacksrecovory outside rest, but is amazing at wallin, setting rocks, phazing and tankin.

DNA Donors:
Greninja / Thundurus
Offspring name: Thundinja
New type: Water / Electric
New base stats: 75 / 115 / 85 / 115 / 75 / 128 (+10 Attack, +17 Def, +1 SpA, +12 Spe) [BST 593]
New ability and desc: Ninjutsu (Torrent + Prankster) - Strengthens moves that are in a higher prioirty bracket to 1.5x their power.
Notable moves: Water Shuriken,
Role identification: A very fast and powerful attacker, Thundinja is a very potent attacking force. Its ability, Ninjustu, sadly only boosts Quick Attack, Shadow Sneak, and Water Shuriken. However, the fact that it boosts Water Shuriken gives its physical sets a lot of viability. Notably, Thundinja can Water Shurriken Talonflame before Talonflame can Brave Bird it, which is nice even though Thundinja has ok physical defense and resists Brave Bird. However, I suspect that its best set is probably going to be a Nasty Plot or Spikes set, as both of them seem very potent. Nasty Plot has god-like coverage between its STABs, Ice Beam, Grass Knot and even sneaky shit like Hidden Power, Gunk Shot, Extrasensory, and Superpower to hit things like Ferrothorn, Clefable, Mega Venusaur, and Chansey respectively. Physical sets, however, have decent coverage and powerful priority (Water Shuriken at worst hits for ~44 which is stronger than most normal priority. On average it hits ~66 w/ 3 hits and can get a whooping ~110 BP with 5 hits. Note that I use average because calculating multi-hit moves is hard). It can also run a support set with Spikes due to its ok bulk - at the very least, Thundinja can work as an alright offensive check to Talonflame for any team, which is nice. Finally, It's a Water / Electric pokemon without an immunity and one that abuses Water / Electric's offensive capabilities - that's pretty coo imho.

Parents: Emboar + Rhyperior
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Emberior
New typing: Fighting/Ground
New base stats: 123/142/108/88/70/63 (594 BST)
New Ability + description: Blaze + Solid Rock = Solid Blaze (The bearer receives 2/3 damage from Fire-type attacks)
Notable moves: Earthquake, Superpower, Flare Blitz, Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Power-Up Punch, Poison Jab, Megahorn, Low Kick, Iron Head, Stone Edge, Brick Break, Sucker Punch, Curse, Iron Tail, Aqua Tail, Crunch, the elemental punches, Rock Blast, Stealth Rock, Metal Burst, Sunny Day
Role identification: For a non-mega 'mon, Emberior hits VERY hard and has decent bulk. Its Ability, Solid Blaze, serves to deal with Fire-types better. A double dance set could work similarly to Rhydon in NU, with an arguably better defensive typing, more power, more speed, and less bulk. A Choice Band set could make for a terrifying wallbreaker, as well.

You guys want the most disgusting thing equivalent of Hazard?

DNA Donors: Sableye / Latias
Offspring name: Satias
New Type: Dark / Psychic
Base Stats: 85 / 77 / 95 / 91 / 100 / 80 (+20 HP, +13 Def, +4 SpA, +3 SpD )
New ability and desc: Psycho Trap (Stall + Levitate) - If your opponent attack this poke with a Ground move, it can't switch or move for one turn (just like Hyper Beam recharge. Note that this poke does NOT immune to Ground).
Notable Moves: Will-o-wisp, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Taunt, Recover, Calm Mind, Stored Power, Psyshock, Ice Beam
Role Identification: This will probably the most disgusting thing you'll ever face. It's job will just burn you, Recover, Calm Mind then use boosted Stored Power or Dark Pulse or Psyshock. If you're not prepared for this thing, prepare to get swept. Reason I pick Latias over Cresselia is because Latias has higher SpA and a key move that makes it sweep, called Stored Power, which Cresselia don't have. It also have Dazzling Gleam if you need it to hit Dark types. If you happen to predict an incoming Ground type attack, you get free +1. The 4x weakness to Bug serves as the "thing to keep it for being broken."

DNA Donors: Sableye / Latias
Offspring name: (Sablenite)
New Type: Dark / Psychic
Base Stats: 85 / 87 / 145 / 111 / 150 / 50
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable Moves: Will-o-wisp, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Taunt, Recover, Calm Mind, Stored Power, Psyshock, Ice Beam
Role Identification: If any one of you played Mix and Mega before Cresselia ban, this is pretty much the same. Huge defenses, high Special Attack and most importantly, can't be Taunted or Statused unless you use a Mold Breaker. Nearly unbreakable once you get some Calm Mind boosts. Your opponent have a high chance of ragequit if you use this correctly.

DNA Donors: Sableye / Latias
Offspring name: (Latiasite)
New Type: Dark / Psychic
Base Stats: 85 / 107 / 125 / 121 / 120 / 80
New ability and desc: Levitate
Notable Moves: Will-o-wisp, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Taunt, Recover, Calm Mind, Stored Power, Psyshock, Ice Beam
Role Identification: Sablenite is mostly superior because it can't be Taunted or Statused, but this has a niche of having higher offenses and Speed, which can be useful for Knock Off variants.

Edit: Another Sableye fusion, because looks like the previous one isn't disgusting enough because it has a 4x weakness.

DNA Donors: Sableye / Registeel
Offspring name: Sateel
New Type: Ghost / Steel
Base Stats: 85 / 75 / 125 / 74 / 110 / 50 (+20 HP, +13 Def, +4 SpA, +3 SpD )
New ability and desc: Immobilizer (Stall + Clear Body) - If your opponent used a move with a stats reducing effect, that poke can't or attack next turn (just like Hyper Beam recharge. Note that this poke is NOT immune to those moves.
Notable Moves: Will-o-wisp, Knock Off, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Taunt, Recover, Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: Now THIS is what I'm talking about. Excellent typing, high Defenses, Calm Mind, your opponent will have a hard time breaking this thing if unprepared. You probably don't need anything besides Recover, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind and a coverage filler, possibly Flash Cannon. This will also be a 'ragequit inducer' tool if you're sadistic.

DNA Donors: Sableye / Registeel
Offspring name: (Sablenite)
New Type: Ghost / Steel
Base Stats: 85 / 85 / 175 / 94 / 160 / 20
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce
Notable Moves: Will-o-wisp, Knock Off, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Taunt, Recover, Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: MUAHAHAHA. Huge defenses, decent Special Attack and most importantly, can't be Taunted or Statused unless you use a Mold Breaker. You can just use Recover, Flash Cannon, Calm Mind and Will-o-wisp and see how long before your opponent ragequit. You need something like Hazard or you can't break this thing, ever. Pair this with Heatran and Skarmory for immunity cores, or better yet, G-Luke's Heatzong so someone please resubmit Heatzong for this.

Parents: Seismitoad / Omastar
Egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Toadstar
New type: Water/Ground
Base stats: 102/92/115/115/87/79 (+15 thanks to Swift Swim) (BST 605)
Ability: Swift Swim
Important moves: Hydro Pump, Earth Power, Brine, Scald, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hyper Voice, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Rain Dance, Refresh, Focus Blast, Rest, Sleep Talk, Aqua Ring, Ice Beam, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Muddy Water, Infestation, Grass Knot, Rock Polish, Shell Smash
Description: While it's stats ain't that special, this pokemon boosts a very large movepool that makes it very versatile. While it's most use lies in laying down spikes, t-spikes and rocks, Toadstar gets a lot better in rain due to Swift Swim. While it does have a 4x weakness to grass, it sports enough moves to quickly cripple those thanks to Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb and Infestation.

And a look at my previous fusions, so that they are all nice in 1 post;
Parents: Emolga / Manectric
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Emoman
New Type: Flying/Electric
New Base Stats: 77/90/75/105/75/119 (BST 541)
Ability: Static
Notable Moves: Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Air Slash, Thunder, Volt Switch, Charge Beam, Roost, Electro Ball, Flamethrower, Overheat, Tailwind, Agility
Description: Emoman is an interesting pokemon, that relies on it's speed to outmanouver it's opponents. While it doesn't sport the biggest movepool around, it's speed makes it available as a quick volt switch or thunder wave abuser. While it's not the best move around, Electro Ball might actually be a slightly more useful move due to it's speed. It's true potential lies in it's mega form though...

Parents: Emolga / Manectric
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Mega Emoman
New Type: Flying/Electric
New Base Stats: 77/90/95/135/95/149 (BST 671)
Ability: Intimidate
Notable Moves: Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Air Slash, Thunder, Volt Switch, Charge Beam, Roost, Electro Ball, Flamethrower, Overheat, Tailwind, Agility
Description: WABLAM! Introducing one of the fastest pokemon in the meta with a whopping 149 speed, accompanied by a 135 Special Attack... Do I really have to say more? Kill 'm before they move!
Parents: Nidoking / Haxorus
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring Name: Haxking
New Type: Poison/Dragon
New Base Stats: 98/144/103/92/92/111 (BST 640)
Ability: Rivalry
Notable Moves: Poison Jab, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, Superpower, Sucker Punch, Megahorn, Dragon Dance, Earthquake, Toxic, Stone Edge, Drill Run, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Dragon Tail, Taunt, Toxic Spikes
Description: Apart from it's not very useful ability, this pokemon has been granted a very useful movepool and the stats to use it. While Haxking isn't the strongest or the fastest, it's 144 Atk and 111 Spe is still good enough to be a treat. Not to mention it doesn't fight for that precious Mega spot, making this pokemon all the more useful. A true abuser of dragon dance, due to it's already useful attack and speed, it has all the potential to be a set-up sweeper. Prefer to annoy your stalling opponents? Not to worry, Haxking has you covered with access to taunt and toxic. Want to annoy other set up sweepers? Taunt and Sucker Punch them! Overall, this is not the pokemon you want.. This is the pokemon you need.
Parents: Magmortar / Hitmonchan
Shared Egg Group: Humanlike
Offspring Name: Mohan (Gohan's long lost twin brother)
New Type: Fire/Fight
New Base Stats: 72/110/83/90/112/89(BST 556)
Ability: Flame Fist(Flame Body+Iron Fist) - The BP of punching moves is increased by 10% and adds a 15% chance of inflicting burn on the opponent when useing a punch move.
Notable Moves: Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Mach Punch, Sky Uppercut, Bullet Punch, Drain Punch, Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Earthquake, High Jump Kick, Bulk Up, Flame Charge, Overheat, Belly Drum, Will-o-Wisp, Stone Edge, Confuse Ray, Taunt, Rest, Sleep Talk, Substitute
Description: Now this champ is bringing punching to the next level! While it loses the 20% increase from Iron Fist and the 30% burn chance from Flame Body, it's ability of trying to inflict burns with each punch is damn annoying. Especially combined with Fire Punch, which is definitely the selling point of this pokemon. While mainly useful as an offensive pokemon, with increased power thanks to Bulk Up and Belly Drum, it also has the potential to be an annoying bugger trough moves like Confuse Ray, Will-o-Wisp, Taunt, Rest and Sleep Talk.

New Type: Grass / Flying
Base Stats: 103 / 100 / 75 / 105 / 75 / 120 (+ 9 HP, +9 Atk, +5 SpA, +3 SpD, +6 Speed)
New ability and desc: Serene Eyes - Moves with secondary effect chances have their accuracy doubled.
Notable Moves: Seed Flare, Hurricane, Heat Wave, Roost, Swords Dance, Aromatherapy, Giga Drain, Seed Bomb, Leech Seed, Toxic, Brave Bird, U-turn
Role Identification: Shot appears to be an average pokemon with a great ability, at first. Its mega is where it really shines. However it does have a nifty typing and ability, and a great speed tier of 120 to start with in its base form. Choice Specs 100 SpA hits a little harder than 165 SpA, and its attacking moves all have one-sided No Guard. So it doesn't have to eat up your mega slot. It can also justify having to run a physical set with Swords Dance, and has nifty utility with U-turn. The mega does have its benefits though.

Notable Moves: Seed Flare, Hurricane, Heat Wave, Roost, Swords Dance, Aromatherapy, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Toxic, Brave Bird, U-turn, Grasswhistle
Role Identification:
Remember how annoying Whimsicott was in No Guard Galaxy? This doesn't have Prankster, but it has 140 speed (fast but not fast enough to beat Magmozam, Archedactyl and the like who can easily dispatch it) - in addition to that it has a whopping 165 SpA, which is impressive in its own right (Gorecanion without a mega stone has 140 SpA, Porylure has 148, Shaymizard Mega Y has 164 with Drought, and most of all Magmozam has 180 SpA and 141 Spe and is not 4x weak to priority - so this fits right in with all the powerful things in the meta) - when you combine that with the fact that it can abuse Seed Flare and Hurricane, it is amazing. This works quite similarly to Darkrai - frail (for a mega) but not too frail, speed, has a sleep move lacking in immunities (apart from Soundproof - and yes Insomnia/Vital Spirit block it too, but they also block Dark Void), and has two powerful attacks. So what does it lack that Darkrai had? Nasty Plot. Shot's only boosting moves are Swords Dance and Work Up, one of which boost its weaker stat - something maybe its base form could appreciate more and Work Up is... well, would you use Work Up? Apart from this Shot also has a 4x weaknesses to Ice Shard and is vulnerable to stealth rock. I believe all these along with the fact that there are several powerful pokemon in this meta (listed above in brackets) should balance it out.

Edited a slight discrepancy in stats that I didn't notice before. So much for linear stats.

Parents: Slaking / Infernape
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Inferking
New Type: Normal / Fire
New Base Stats: 123 / 142 / 95 / 109 / 78 / 114 (661 BST)
New Ability and Desc: Blazing Glory. If this user has less than or equal to ⅓ of its maximum HP remaining then it won't be able to use attacking moves. [Truant + Blaze]
Notable Moves: Return / Frustration, Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Earthquake, Encore, Slack Off, Fake Out, Will-o-Wisp, Taunt, Grass Knot, Swords Dance.
Role Identification: Inferking can accomplish a nice variety of roles, while it's sky high attack and great speed immediately makes him an extremely dangerous sweeper, its 123 / 95 / 78 defensive stats should not be underestimated, even less considering its access to reliable recovery and the fact that its ability doesn't hinder it's ability to use Non-Damaging Moves. With a great amount of resistances it can either set up to sweep, wallbreak, revenge kill or stallbreak very effectively. However it can't accomplish this

Parents: Slaking / Diggersby
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Slakersby
New Type: Normal
New Base Stats: 127 / 118 / 98 / 82 / 81 / 99 (605 BST)
New Ability and Desc: Over-exhaustion. This pokemon attacks do double damage. After attacking it has to take a turn to cooldown. [Truant + Huge Power] Use Pickup or Cheek Pouch
Notable Moves: Giga Impact, Earthquake, Encore, Slack Off, Quick Attack, Swords Dance.
Role Identification: Slakersby is an interesting attacker, it's sky high attack would be equivalent to 726 fully invested. But it has to Cooldown after every attack, this makes it an scary revenge killer with Giga Impact (since it will have to cooldown anyway), Earthquake, Pursuit, Quick Attack, Encore, and many other moves, it can even set up with Swords Dance (since it's ability only activates with damaging moves) but it will be forced to wait a turn after attacking every time so it will most likely only get a kill after setting up. High risk pokemon but once that could be fun to use.

Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Smearking
New Type: Normal
New Base Stats: 112 / 100 / 77 / 67 / 65 / 97 (518 BST)
New Ability and Desc: Temperamental Artist. 50% chance of moving each turn. [Truant + Moody]
Notable Moves: All of them!
Role Identification: The most unreliable pokemon ever, maybe it'll do it's job or maybe it won't! You never know. Will Belly Drum + Bottom Pass work? What about Shell Smash & Extreme Speed? Any set that you can think of Smearking can sketch it! However it's a coin toss every turn. Probably not competitive enough for this meta, but If anyone actually manages to make it work it would be just hilarious.
