Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

Repost.

Any thoughts?

Yeah my advice: Kill it off, reRNG at E4s.xD
Because I guarantee you this will be hell easier than doing it the normal way.
This lat can drive you crazy. There are NPCs and stuff and their advancement is determined by the seed so you sorta got no chance there.

Not really what I wanted to hear :P

So I basically gotta RNG 3 times post e4 for Raikou, Entei, and Latios? Unless I can find good spreads that are the appropriate number of frames apart.

Yeah kinda. I know that sucks, but blame Gamefreak :P
Btw, YodaJM did you try Seed verifier 0.4 out yet? I wanna know if it still works fine

Yeah I was using 0.4 to RNG this Lati, and didn't encounter any problems with the program. Only problem was the Lati :P

I'll use it more extensively once I give up on Latias.

So I found my frame and the time I need to enter the game at to get the IV's I want, but the thing is that the journal always comes up and changes my frame by 2. So I was wondering what can I do to decrease the frame by 2 in order to get the egg I want.

I'm rather curious about what method has been successfully used to re-RNG for the legendary dogs or lati@s after the elite 4 as I last recall that calling professor Elm didn't work but to at least have a roamer.

Also, while I have confirmed that pre-E4 pokemon such as sudoweedo, red gyarados & lugia have re-spawned, I noticed the electrodes in team rocket headquarters do not re-spawn for those that are curious.

How about snorlax? I know it's post-E4 but serebii says it respawns after beating the E4... but sometimes that site is wrong...

When I RNGd my Entei after the E4 I advanced the frame before I went in the Pokemon League.
I had to get a frame of 237 so I advanced the frame up to 229, then the NPC outside the E4 advanced the frame by 1 when I entered, then I walked 128 steps including the steps taken to get to Lance with 6 pokemon on me, battled Lance to advance it to 237 and got my Entei.
My radio advancements were inconsistent so I did it that way.
COKTAL did it by advancing the frame by one at a time with the station in the lower-right. The way I did it you could do random frame advancements, then check your frame with the Elm method which is a lot quicker.

Someone else here responded that it did respawn, but not outside Diglett's Cave. It respawned west of Celadon, where the other Snorlax was in RBY.

Help! Hello. I"m trying to get an Adamant Rayquaza in Emerald with a spread of 25 HP/31ATK/24DEF/31SpATK/22SpDEF/30SPD. I put in these IVS on the RNG Reporter and no list of frames shows up! Can someone please help me!

That spread doesn't even exist.

For Emerald, you have to put in 0 for the seed and click "Generate".

So, is this right?

1. You hit your seed, and verified you'd got the right one with the coin flip app.
2. You did the remaining necessary flips and taps to get on the right frame.
3. You placed the parents in the daycare and ran around until an egg was generated.
4. You saved in front of the day care man.
5. Just to check, you picked your egg up and hatched it; it was shiny, with the right nature,
6. You reset the game, and followed the steps to calbrate the egg's frame; but when you hatched it, it was no longer shiny.

That shouldn't be possible; if you've saved after the egg is generated, its shininess and nature are locked in. If you've now got a saved file with a non shiny egg waiting to be picked up, there's no way to get the shiny one back.

That is exactly what I did.

I am baffled. The egg is now permanently Brave, and not shiny. I mean, I am saved right before I pick up the egg, where if I load up my game and spam A I will immediately talk to the day care man and he will give me the egg.

And I am 100% positive the previously hatched Pokemon was correct. I mean, I jumped for joy when I saw a Shiny Meowth, then fist pumped when I saw it was Jolly and everything else was correct...

Who knows? So confused, I'll give it another shot!

Also, how do you guys tell when the egg is there? Do you save, then talk to the man, and if there is no egg yet, just keep running around? I usually use the Day Care App, but I am scared to have the app on anything but the one I have been using that seems to not bother anything.

You recommend I let Lati@s loose, kill it, and then RNG for it at the E4, rather than RNG for it at the Pokémon Fan Club?

Damn, this is so annoying lol.

I set my target delay to 609, and I hit 608 five times in a row, I say screw it, and set my target delay to 608, and my first one I hit is 609.

Are there any ways you guys have found to reliably hit the exact same thing? How long does it take you to hit your target on average?

Just keep trying! And don't change anything up unless you're confident you can do exactly what you did wrong before you changed it to get it right post-change

It took me a few hours to get my initial seed 3 times (screwing up frame advancements everytime ><). But that was my first time, so pretty good considering the magnitude of what I'm doing (in my opinion anyways)

PERSEVERANCE is ALL IT TAKES

Your delay should be either even or odd
Try changing the date up or down a year

EDIT:Ok, I dont RNG much on my Diamond/Pearl

Will someone please answer this as soon as possible? I'm still saved infront of the old man and can't play until I figure this out:
