Stockpiling the 3 CC and the ticket to Mossdeep.

Starmie gets 3 + 3 MC, so I'll first claim BubbleBeam, which I should've claimed AGES ago (free upon evolution); I'll also grab Confuse Ray and Minimize (both LU), Surf (BW TM), and Scald (BW TM).

Charizard gets 3 + 1 MC, netting him Rock Slide and Sky Drop (Both BW TM).

Garchomp gets 3 MC, with which he purchases Crunch (LU) and Double Team (BW TM).

Finally, Hydreigon gets 3 MC for sitting there and looking scary; buying Strength (BW TM) and stockpiling the remaining MC.

Personality: Vindaloo was my first Pokemon. We dreamed together of become great (or at least better than mediocre) that is why to this day she strategies. She gives me the best ones and we compare notes telepathically. She is calm never losing her cool and very modest. One of my best.

deadfox after going through that insane claim that I am definitely taking .4 UC for, everything looks good... except you miscounted your UC. You're actually 6 short (where you say your first part is 110, it's actually 116). APPROVED provided you fix that.

Texas, Vanilluxe only gets its starting moves when you get it from TLR, in addition to the 1 DC and 3 MC (it also doesn't start at 5/5 DC). So NOT APPROVED until you trim its moves down to pre-level 25 + 3 Egg + 3 TM.

That's 27 total, which is 2 full UC and puts me at 9

Dragonair gets 1 EC, 2 MC, 1 DC, and 1 KOC.

Togepi gets 8 HC.

Dragonair's KOC goes into EC, and with its total of 3 MC it will learn Safeguard (level-up) and Protect.

Bronzor's KOC goes into EC, and with its total of 4 MC it will learn Solarbeam and Reflect (both BW TM).
