Claiming from this battle:
Moogle gets 1 EC, 2 MC, and 1 DC, as well as a KO counter, that goes to DC.

I use one MC to learn Hyper Voice (Level Up). I will save the other one!

Counters now look like:

EC: 1/6
MC: 1
DC: 2/5
KO: 0

Prizes!
Louis and Paradox get 2 TC
All Pokemon participating get 1 EC, 2 MC, and 1 DC.
Absol gets 1 KO counter for sure I know, can someone else clarify this please?
I get 4 ref tokens.
Congrats Louis, and Good Game to all!

IRC concensus was that the last KOC also goes to Absol, because she was the last to damage Yanma.

Absol will purchase the Gen. V TM moves Stone Edge and Substitute.
ASB_Absol.png

Absol (Female)
Nature: Lonely (Atk: +1, Def: -1)
Type: Dark
Dark Type - Dark STAB; Immunity to all telepathic and telekinetic attacks, better performance in all darkened and especially twilight conditions. Can use any Dark-type attack regardless of Attraction.

Abilities:
Pressure - (Innate) This Pokemon’s presence fills the air with intense anxiety, and any damaging or status attack launched at this Pokemon costs the opposing Pokemon two (2) more energy to perform.
Super Luck - (Innate) This Pokemon’s natural skill doubles (x2) its*critical hit levels*above other Pokemon, making its normal moves inflict critical hits 12.5% of the time and its high critical hit moves inflict critical hits 1/3rd of the time.
(DW) Justified - (Dormant) - (Innate) This Pokemon's body reacts to dark energy, invigorating its passions. When hit by a Dark-type move, the Pokemon's attack will increase one (1) stage. A boost gained this way by an opponent's attack will be maintained at the end of each round. Self-targeted attacks do not maintain boosts.

Egg Moves - Mean Look(*), Megahorn(*), Perish Song(*)
BW TM Moves - Protect(*), Thunder Wave(*), Flash(*), Stone Edge, Substitute
Old Gen Moves - Snatch

This Absol is to rather difficult get through to - she often acts in a disinterested or aloof manner, and often ignores or scoffs at the people and Pokemon around her. Bringing a cold stare and colder temper to bear, Absol very much prefers more prudent approaches to combat over aggressive strategies.

Horsea will purchase the Level-Up moves Dragon Pulse and Hydro Pump.
116.png

Horsea (Male)
Nature: Lonely (Atk: +1, Def: -1)
Type: Water
Water Type - Water STAB; Can breathe and have excellent mobility when underwater, are less capable on land unless they are entirely amphibious.

Abilities:
Swift Swim - (Innate) The Pokemon with this ability moves extremely fast in slick, rainy conditions, doubling (x2) its speed in the rain.
Sniper - (Innate) This Pokemon has deadly accuracy and strikes sensitive points, increasing its critical hit bonus from +3 to +5 on single attacks, +2 to +3 on two-hit attacks, and +1 to +2 on multi-hit attacks.
(DW) Damp - (Dormant) - (Innate) This Pokemon releases a damp mist upon entry into battle that short circuits the opponent’s ability to use Selfdestruct or Explosion.

Egg Moves - Outrage(*), Signal Beam(*), Disable(*)
BW TM Moves - Rain Dance(*), Scald(*), Substitute(*) Ice Beam
Old Gen Moves - Dive

This Horsea has something to prove to the world, and he's going to prove it all on his own. He prefers to rely on power whenever he can, but he carries an array of hindering and defensive moves in case he needs the protection - again, relying on only himself for this sort of support.

I'll stockpile my 2 TC.

Claiming from this:

Lupusater: 2 TC
Sneasel, Eevee, Croconaw: 2 MC, 1EC, 1DC
Sneasel/Eevee: 1 KO counter

Sneasel has already evolved in the meantime, but uses her 2 MC + 1 KOC to get Dynamicpunch as a past gen TM. She also goes to 2/5 MC.
Eevee, already evolved to Umbreon, gets Assist Power as an egg move, spending his KOC to get to the 3 MC needed and goes to 2/5 DC.
Croconaw evolves, and gets Outrage and Agility spending his 4 MC.

Ok I'm an approver now yay

Approvers are working on the stuff till post #3343 so guys sit tight.

shinyskarmory is not approved. Lapras costs 7 TC. The Torchic part is however approved.

I'm thoroughly impressed you managed to fail on your first approval dw!
Lapras should cost 7 due to being a one stage mon.

He has now fixed it but I'm keeping this post to show dw's failure.

From Atheno up to Deadfox081 and Rediamond.

Athenodoros ; Zarator (I count 17 Rounds though, claim 2 extra BT ^.^) ; elDino ; Darkamber8828 ; FlamingFighter ; Temperantia ; Terrador ; Tortferngart ; Smashlloyd20 ; Dummy007 ; Glacier Knight ; Little Battler (0/6 EC) ; Rickheg ; deadfox081 ; Rediamond are all APPROVED

TheMogRunner: Not Approved. You need to apply your KOC to your pokémon immediately (Ache and Scarlet. Also, for moves: Level Up moves and Pledge Moves cost 1 MC. BW Tutors or TMs cost 2 MC. Any other move costs 3 MC.

Lupusater: Not Approved. Please update Feraligatr's type description, and Eevee (Now umbreon I believe) needs to allocate its KOC now.

LouisCyphre: Not Approved. I don't know where your KOC are going, and you've updated your reg tower post without approval. Get me a prior version of Absol back in your reg tower, repost saying where KOC are going and ask for approval again. Same for horsea on the updating without approval thing.

ToastTryant13: Not Approved. Magneton only gets an 11% accuracy boost, Toxicroak has 73.9 speed, which is floored to 73 (85/1.15, not 85/1.14). Therma is fine though. Edit these and they're approved.

That's 19, which becomes 1 AC and 9.

Alright, abusing temporary approver status:
Engineer, Glacier Knight, The Shiny Umbreon, SimonSays, Objection, Lord Jesseus, Maxim, Steampowered, LightWolf, Rising Dusk, and Deadfox081: approved.
iiMKUltra: swap the order of Snorunt's egg and TM moves. Once you do that, approved.
C$FP: Monohm does not learn Blizzard. not approved.
Terrador: Can not claim counters of any sort from a battle that ended after one round due to DQ. Everything else, approved.
DFrog: Put EC/MC/DC before move list. After that, approved.
Blazikenmaster-Zeo: You only get 2TC. Just fix that, and approved.
TEA DEMON: I'm assuming you meant to evolve Porygon2. If so, you must post the newly evolved mon, so not approved. If you wanted to keep him unevolved for NFE battles, approved.

Arcanite, you're Approved (Must've been focussing on something else when I mentally ticked you off.

That puts me to 10, meaning I have another AC.
