All of my Hoenn Legends are still in my 4th Gen game. Do you need them shifted to 5th?

Even on an emulator, flipping 1500 times is pretty irritating, especially on a bad laptop. Using the same spread for Shaymin expect Timid HP Ice Darkrai, Heatran and maybe some others just so the file isn't wasted.
