Claiming 6 MC for my Willow the Pyroak and Eclipse the Hydreigon (since EC and DC are full). Also claiming 3 KO Counters to distribute.

Willow is buying the following moves: Reflect (5th Gen TM), Lava Plume (Level), Energy Ball (Level), and I'll put 1 of those KO Counters in to buy Heat Wave (4th Gen Egg).

Eclipse is buying the following moves: Outrage (Level) Dragon Rush (Level), Bulldoze (TM), and Reflect (TM).

I am going to use 3 of my current 32 RC/AC/BT and put them into my Tynamo's EC to evolve it into an Eelektrik. Per the following new rule change:
Pokemon without TMs or Tutor/Special Moves and Move Selection: If your starting Pokemon does not have TMs, Tutor Moves, or Special Moves to access, it will instead start with 9 MC to be used when it evolves. Their MC Counter should look like MC: 9
Tynamo gets an additional 9 MC upon evolution, as well as any move it learns as Eelektrik under Level 25. I'll spend 6 TC to purchase 5 Enigma Berries (Hello, Battle Subway!), leaving me with 1+2 TC.
