Yeah, Chilan is allowed in VGC. Chilan resists normal attacks, while Custap when it activates lets you move first the next turn(two different berries). Chilan is allowed since as skarm said it's #52, but Custap isn't allowed, since it was an event berry that was attached to the "special" Regigigas at the TRU event.
 
After much deliberation I've decided to go to King of Prussia Mall tomorrow. I figure I live way too close that I could never pass this opportunity up without regretting it. Now lets see what I can scrape together in the next few hours...

I'll be wearing jeans and a white Lacoste polo. Look out for me!
 
This is Invictus's brother Aaron. I am currently at the hotel where the tournament is being held at with mysteryman. Hopefully will meet some of youse tomorrow! ( well today :P)
 
damn with this many smogoners going, i don't even want to know how many total are going, i hope most of you get in
 
I'm heading out soon. I'll be wearing a lanyard that has a Smogon TCG card in it, and the light blue T-shirt they gave away at the world championships last year with a Lucario on the front(for anyone who is going that actually reads this). Wish me luck guys!
 
Yeah, they had so many people show up to Philly that they ran out of pokemon names. Was kinda funny actually.
 
We didn't even get pokémon names at London, lol. Though I worked myself out to have been Magnemite, my brother as Doduo and Shoe as Nidorino.
 
600+! holy shit, I just hope I can get my way to Nashville, 2 out of 3 of my friends can't go with me to Nashville and if the 3rd can't go the trip has a 90% chance of being cancelled. If anyone would like to donate gasoline just PM me.

Zerowing - How do you know? I'm guessing a couple others got in. Whoever told you probably didn't know what everyone from Smogon who was going looked like. It would be sad times if we didn't get someone in the top four at least. I'm surprised more people haven't updated yet.
 
Hopefully these turn outs for the events will have Pokemon USA or Nintendo (Which everone is hosting this) to reconsider a Preliminary qualification for the 13+ Age Groups and some more stops.

They had at least 560 registrants. There were many nerds there.. gassy nerds. I heard one girl say that it was worse than the Otakon gaming room >_>

Anyways, yeah, of all the Smogon/internet people I met(Mosquitox, HnH, EE/Gouki, Carl, SHAKA KHAN!!, and a bunch of others.. nobody got in. The exception being Vash the Stampede.. all I can say about Vash is holy mutton chops. He clearly has a thing for Wolverine, or at least his facial hair leads me to believe so!

TTS called me and told me that anyone I would consider a true blue Smogoner didn't make it in. This seems like a dick thing to say but I don't consider PokaymonMasta21 who has 30 posts and joined 2 months ago a Smogoner, but I'm sure quite a few others would agree with me on that point.

Ah, I stand corrected, it doesn't seem like anyone slipped through the cracks. Oh and zerowing, if I ordered a Smogon shirt, how long would it take to get to my house in Seattle after I ordered it?
