Using the reffing link for Chimchar's EC. That means she will evolve, alongside Flarelm and Deerling (who are at 8/9 and 5/6 respectively). Monferno will use 1 of her MCs for Close Combat (level-up). After that, Monferno will use her KO Counter for EC. Flarelm will just stuff her counters in (KO Counters will be MCs). Deerling/Sawsbuck is doing the same but is using 1 MC for Horn Leech. Additionally, Deerling's 2 KO Counters are going to be used for MCs (storing).
