Also, there's been a change to the prizes. Since 70 total TC has been spent by entrants DarkSlay and I decided to make the prizes use all of it. The new prizes are as follows:
1st: 35 TC
2nd: 18 TC
3rd: 10 TC
4th: 5 TC
5th: 2 TC

Feel free to use this thread to discuss the matches going on and the predictions made, as well as any smack talk between competitors :) Personally I expected more matches to be really close. Only 5 of the 24 matches have a difference of less than ten predictions. Still should be an interesting round!

tbh, I'm not feeling confident at all about my match. I've completely screwed up the first round, and if I don't play perfectly in the next rounds, I've lost.

Q: Are correct predictions in the later rounds worth more?

I don't know whether to feel happy or extremely scared to know that my match, minus my bet, is dead tied for votes...

I'll try not to let my half (and myself!) down....I am curious to see why such an even split on the match occurred...

Yes. Round 2 matches will be worth 2 points, round 3 will be worth 3, etc.
